There's a reason this place has great reviews. Today I went in very doubtful that I'd get a loan. Venmo debit ( even though it's got a routing and account), phone wasn't working, wasn't working that long at my job. Kelly assured me she would do her best to help. When it came to my phone service being off, she said "try connecting to the wifi at Starbucks", it's the little things like just giving simple advice that makes customer service here outstanding. Instead of saying "sorry can't help" they actually try. Walked out happy with my loan. Thanks to Kelly and everyone else there

First off I just want to thank 2 employees for being extremely helpful and professional. These 2 women who’s names I hope I’m getting right are Liz & Keisha. From the initial phone call with Liz to the actual in-person intake with Keisha these 2 woman were extremely cordial and non-judge mental. I found myself in quite a predicament due to my unsatisfactory spending habits, but instead of shaming me Keisha offered sound financial advice and to my surprise she did it without sounding condescending😆. Bottom line these people at Speedy Cash are amazing and I was actually approved for a $3,500 dollar loan which I’m hoping will help turn my credit around. Thank you Speedy Cash!!

I came in earlier today and had an overwhelmingly positive experience. I'm very sorry to have forgotten the associate who helped me (she has silver hair and tarot card tattoos) but honestly should give classes in customer service. Not only did I feel like we were friends at the end, but she honestly helped me to get the best deal possible and answered all of my questions. I even had to ask where I could leave a good review because I was so impressed with her. Someone get this woman a raise!

I want to take time out of my day to thank a special employee here who went out of her way to help me today. I was having a very stressful day Having paid all my bills and being broke I got stuck in a dilemma where my car was towed and I was facing a 300$ fine to be able to get my car back , having been to many loan places and getting a lot of unnecessary attitude from other places I’ve been to it was nice to see that some places still have employees who genuinely make you feel comfortable and helped out to the fullest.Thank You Kimberly! I had have good experiences in the past, however this last time was horrible. The lady Marlen, is very rude and unprofessional. Everyone else has always been very nice, except for her. When I asked to speak to a manager, she said that was her and there is nobody above her. I find that hard to believe, which is why I am glad I just received an email, inviting me to leave this review about my experience! Don’t work with the public if you can’t be nice and treat people with dignity and respect.

Was a quick and efficient loan application and approval. I was helped by Lourdes and she explained everything that I needed to do clearly and percicley. I had no questions at the end and satisfied thorally will be returning and referencing other.

Honestly, going there for the first time I thought it would take long and be a hassle. Julie really surprised me by how efficient, professional and fast she helped me. Her customer service skills is amazing. She was easy to talk to, has a kind personality and made the process less stressful. I was in and out the door with my loan and no time. It was way better than I anticipated.

The staff I worked with, Juliana and Liz, provided adept knowledge, excellent customer service and both ladies were quick to greet me with a smile. The ladies showed patience when explaining the process or paperwork. Getting a Payday loan for the first time, was an easy process. WORST customer service at this office! They're slow, unprofessional, they all have bad attitudes like they don't want to be there. If they say they'll do something & they don't, instead of taking ownership, they TRY to make excuses. Definitely avoid this office. I called in to let them know I was coming in to pay my loan and was told on the phone that was okay. Got to their office and was told they're already attempting to pull it. Thankfully,I have an awesome bank on my side. I've been waiting for a manager to get back to me (because I asked them for the recording where I was told I was allowed to pay in store) for over a week and nothing! Definitely a shady company.
