The O'Fallon Branch is the absolute worst! The tellers are misinformed, rude, disrespectful and uncaring. Our family is the epitome of a paycheck to paycheck family and have needed to use the overdraft protection a few times. If you deposit your check at the O'Fallon branch and are overdrawn even with the overdraft protection (which they encourage you to use) they will put a hold on it. It only happens there, no other branch does this and even the corporate office agrees this is not standard practice or policy! It's unnecessary and an extreme inconvenience to their customers. The tellers don't care about your personal situation and will not listen to reason.

Can not get a hold of bank, tellers know very little just transfer to this bank. No one can answer any of my questions my check has been on hold for a week and now my account is negative because they won’t release the funds. And pulled from my savings when I signed papers saying I did not want them to. Transferring here was a mistake this is a joke. So much for highly rated they can’t even answer their phone.

The lady in the drive- thru on January 27th was awesome..I notice she was so busy in drive thru, but also was helping people at the window in the lobby as well. She was so cheerful and friendly the whole time..black lady with really curly hair . Just wanted to give her some recognition.

They are always friendly at the drive through and inside. I've never had a problem and been going to this branch almost 2 years.

Been a member since 1986 and never experienced any negativity. Financed a couple of houses and cars and all has been positive and friendly.

Other banks have lobby hours by appointment. I have business with the bank that requires more than what they are trained to do at the drive through (already tried that). I do not do business with other branches, I do business with your branch. I do not want to leave town and go elsewhere...that is really rotten service. I can't even get an O'Fallon number to call so I can speak to a person...they give me Collinsville. You obviously do not value O'Fallon customers very highly to treat them this way.

We live Scott Credit Union it is a Regional Credit Union but like all other credit unions have a partnership with each other so wherever there is a credit union you able to take advantage of the ATM with no fees. You can now mobile bank with Scott Credit Union and you can electronically deposit your check with just a few steps on your phone I have always belonged to a credit union and would recommend a credit union over a larger Bank establishment any day.
