    Do not bank here. They have no idea how to make you feel welcome at their babk. Can't even get them on the phone to ask a question. You get the auto answer which tells you that everyone is to busy to talk to you, and directs you to make an appointmrnt on line, or use the atm or online banking.Problem is the onine banking was the problem I tried to call about. Very impersonal service. You can not even get an answer over the phone which leaves you in limbo when their auto deposit on line won't deposit your check. Very frustrating bank to deal with. Save yourself the headache, go somewhere else. P.S. As you can see by their redponse they do not want to see you or really talk to you if you have a problem with any of their auto banking venues. A phone call is more private and less chance of your information being compromised but they have pretty much done away with that. Their solution is to put your banking problem on a social media platform where those lurking around to steal your idenity can gather information. Like you name and where you bank, what branch etc. They also expect you to use their drive through ATM to make banking deposits. I guess they never heard about how thieves have stolen bank ATM machines which stand alone like theirs and are not attached to the building.Strangests most careless banking procedures I have ever dealt with.They did have a night deposit attached to the bank but they closed it at the start of the pandemic as well as their drive through tellers and bank lobby which left you with on line banking only whether you wanted to do that or not. They gave you no option.The bank in O’Fallon is not really a bank anymore. It is a glorified ATM station.

    By far one of the worst banks. Do not bank here. First, the local branch closed so the nearest bank branch is over an hour away. But my review is based on I deposited a check and they placed an 11day hold on the funds. I have never banked anywhere that it took that long to clear a check and not at least release a portion of the funds. I had a few bill payments come thru after my deposit was made that were returned and I was charged $35 overdraft for each transaction. 2 bill payments have been sent thru and rejected 3 TIMES resulting in $175 in overdraft fees. I called customer service and they would not refund any of these charges. I guess they do not care about keeping customers as I will be closing out my account and bank elsewhere. I thought this kind of practice was what got them in trouble before.

    Hands down the WORST bank I have ever worked with. They have closed all locations in the Metro East with the exception of Belleville which is inconvenient to say the least. Their Estate department is beyond incompetent. The last thing I need when my mom has passed away is to jump through a bunch of hoops with departments that are not even able to function properly.

    The new staff made me nervous. Very bad experience with Isaac. Isaac, I checked behind you and you lied to me. Building a good trustful relationship with the customer is very important. You lost a customer and word of mouth is very important.

    This is an outstanding bank branch. The staff is always courteous and helpful. The bank's online system is one of the best. I especially like their Bill Pay system. Mrs. Eischeid has been particularly helpful with her wide range of knowledge.

    They never have more than one teller, ever, so any business in the bank takes hours, especially when whoever is in front of you is asking advice or consulting regarding a loan which happens frequently and absolutely should not be happening at the window. I will be changing banks after today's 1 hour wait...... if it wasn't business that had to be done in the bank, I wouldn't go in, so either update your policies on what can be done via ATM, or don't give people advice that shows you genuinely don't care about your clients, but that was obvious when you cut back tellers and closed the drivethru to save money. Your response absolutely đź’Ż guaranteed that I will be changing banks.

    My close friend tranfered money into my account I went to go withdraw Told my bank account is closed and im no longer allowed to make another account. I was told the money that was sent to my account will be in a check mailed back but it's been 2 weeks and i still get no answers from anyone. This is the WORST banking experience i had in my entire life

    I don't have anything negative to say about this bank because they have always been helpful to me. I have been banking with them for 5 years or better. I enjoy banking there because there is a floor manager that's always willing to assist in whatever matter you have. I don't know his name but he has always treating me with respect and anyone else I have seen walk in the O'fallon Bank of America while I was sitting waiting to talk with someone.

    After calling 5 times and not getting through, drove to location and still couldn’t verify there own check. Wouldn’t recommend this bank at all

    Zero stars. Slowest bank of all time. Close at 4 during the week, no drive thru. I own my own business and cash checks all over the place, this is the only one that charges any fee to cash a check and it's $8 WTF!! Scott credit union all the way, or ANY bank that isn't bank of America.
