Ryan gave us a fantastic refinance rate. Everything went smoothly, straightforward, and we closed without any issues. The third time continued to be a charm. He performed flawlessly each time. Best rates and the best service. We were very happy to work with him on the refinancing of our home.

Communication was a continuous issue. Dollar figures weren’t updated appropriately without our continuous pushing to make them correct. Ryan was made aware of our situation on numerous occasions and yet when my husband showed up for closing, the documents were still inaccurate. He didn’t bring his best offer in credits to the table initially. Overall, do not recommend.

We started looking for a house prior to my retirement. If we purchased prior to my retirement date, then our loan would be income based. But if we purchased after my retirement date, then it would be asset based. Mike walked through both scenarios and helped us navigate the requirements with grace and simplicity.
