I would have loved to give this Credit Union 10 stars if I could. The Customer Service is exceptional. Your greeted with a smile and excellent service. All the windows were staffed and always greeted with extreme hospitality. I believe Customer Service is the key element for any successful business and this Credit Union has it. Great experience and Thanks to all of the staff.

Schools First is the best bank. I've had them as a bank since I was a teenager and they were OCTFCU. I actually still call it OCTFCU because of habit. This is a great location, and you don't have to spend very long in line at all. Love using the coinstar machine for all my change, without the fee.

I love this Schools First branch. All of the staff are courteous and professional. They even take time to remember your name, and how your life is going. The level of support they offer on a whim is a stark contrast to those of traditional banks. If you have the ability to be apart of Schools First, do it. Their coin machine doesn't have rates on it, so you get what you give, and their loans and rates are super competitive.

Service is always kind and speedy! 😊 Very helpful staff, willing and happy to answer questions!

Im so happy i opened an account here. My bf has had one for years and has told me nothing but great things about them. I approved for a car loan first day i was there and the person that helped me was Fernando. He was very informative since it was my first time leasing a car. Service was clear quick and very friendly. Even the young man at the front desk is awesome very helpful and very kind. Every employee acts professionally which i appreciate. They are doing a great job and its rare these days i walk into any retail office and receive such great service so i felt compelled to share with all of you i highly recommend banking here if you can.

A truly amazing bank/credit union, that focuses on it's customers. They provide so many services that are helpful, and they see you as quickly as possible. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and upbeat. As a member, there are so many services that they provide that are convenient and easy to use. Unlimited transfers, member to member transfer, emailed balance each day, and loans at excellent rates. They care for you as a person and then as a member, absolutely amazing!!!!

I've only had one bad experience in this bank before. The week of Christmas 2020. I was busy and in a rush and didn't hear an employee tell me marry Christmas I didn't respond and he said I guess not. My son sure heard him and that offended him. All and all employees are wonderful and very helpful here.

Love my credit union!! Helpful and eager to please staff. Sometimes a wait for banking services but quick to see a teller. Hot coffee and cookies usually (of some sort), free banking computer/ Printer use. Did i say Excellent Staff?😁

Schools first is the best bank ever. They gave me a second chance. I love Schools first. I recommend it to everyone.
