Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Reviews

First of all, the bank of America in town gate center was temporarily closed again today, Thursday. Had to go across town to this location. I parked my car near the entrance because i am a disabled venteran with difficulty walking. Once i was done with my transactions i proceeded out of the bank through the same door i entered and was stopped and told to exit through the other side of the bank. There was a female right in front of me that exited through the entrance door and was allowed to with no problems. I explained to the employee i was disabled and my car was right there. The employee stated "so what" and directed me to the other door. When i brought up the fact that a lady right in front of me was able to exit with no problems the employee just ignored me and refused to let me exit through the entrance, plus it was raining outside. Way to pick and choose what customers you actually want to help. Worst employees ever.

Everytime I come to this bank it is at least a 45 minute wait in line for the teller. They have only 2 people working at the windows at a time, and 14 people in line. 2022 always closed when it is supposed to be open... not because of covid

    Response from the owner

Hi Kristy, we know your time is valuable and are very disappointed to hear this. We'll certainly be sharing your feedback with our leadership team. Also, hours in some financial centers have been adjusted on a case-by-case basis, based on many factors including traffic in these locations. Bank of America you have lost control of this branch and the people employed there. Even before the pandemic lines for the inside of the bank and the outside atms were unbelievably long. I have watched your hardworking tellers struggle to serve customers while your brokers and managers sit around and do nothing. I would never dream of coming to my workplace and refusing to help my coworkers especially when it comes to customer service, keeping customers happy, and the business running efficiently. It shows a lack of teamwork that immediately sets the tone for everyone that enters that branch. This is also a branch located in a neighborhood that for the people living in it, time is money. Also last tax season as I came to deposit my return by check your manager suspiciously asked why I would have a tax return check from the federal government during tax time!

There is a line with only 2 tellers. One teller also takes care of the handicapped window. Every time we have been here it takes 20 mins or more. They need more tellers especially on busy days. I don't bank here just withdraw disability to take to my own bank.

I can’t believe that even during this pandemic this Bank is so inefficiency. Waiting in line for so long with only few windows open to help thousands of people is un believably. Keeping so many people in one please is not helping. Terrible Bank

Only 2 people working. 5 people there total. 3 of them standing near the end of the line chatting. About 10 to 12 customers in line. Thanks for wasting my time.

Turned away and told to wait until Tuesday, to resolve an issue that the is at fault for. Edwin Aguirre, who said he was the manager, was rude and short with me. Thanks for your awesome customer service. I will be closing my account due to the way you handle things. Don't bank here.

Not really busy around noon up until 3/4pm after that expect a long wait, With only 2/3 tellers helping. Very nice tellers, I've always had great experience every time I go.

It's always a long wait. I see most of the time they are short-handed but at times, staff is walking around doing everything and anything except attend to customers. The line can be near the door and they will have one teller on the floor. The wait here is ridiculous.
