SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union - Glendale N Jackson St, Glendale

Due to a glitch on Google Maps, my thumb erroneously clicked two stars under the name of one of my favorite places, Schools First Credit Union and posted as a review!...when in reality, if I could give them 10 out of 5 stars I would! After years of suffering as a member of a credit union for actors that treated members horribly (and I mean, beyond the imagination) and charged exorbitant fees, Schools First came along and literally saved us. It was as if the clouds parted and choirs sang... I know that sounds a bit dramatic, but when you have been with a lousy credit union and/or impersonal big bank for years, the care and personal attention you get at SchoolsFirst will make you weep with joy that your hard-earned money has finally found the home it deserves (which literally happened to me after talking on the phone with a kind and helpful SF rep for the first time). Their customer service should be a model for every company in any field. They have excellent communication, security, as well as reasonable fees, loads of convenient options, a well-managed and updated website,… I could go on. In fact, due to my fumbling finger faux pas, a Schools First rep called me and asked if everything was OK and if not, what could they do differently- he was polite and kind, as always - and this was within 24 hours of my clumsy error! Unlike so many banks, they actually care and want you to be happy, so they have an amazing marketing/PR department that keeps track of feedback and works quickly to resolve any problems. Amazing. My old credit union gets horrible reviews and they never respond to anything. So, if you or a family member works in education and you’re looking for a financial institution you want to grow old with, look no further than Schools First Credit Union. They recognize how hard teachers work so they provide them with the top notch service that they deserve. So here is the corrected review that SchoolsFirst more than deserves😊

It says they are open but they are closed.???? They could not help me to make a payment for my car loan...
