Thanks God that my hubby pawned his jewelries in a trusted pawnshop like ONCE A PAWN A TIME. As soon as I called the management ( Mike Panikyan) they extend their helping hand how can we redeem my husband’s jewelries to leave a legacy for my children, without hesitation they provide me all the necessarry things to be done to have it as soon as possible.I may say it’s from California ( my hubby) to New York with love. We’re very grateful for their kind consideration giving us the chance to get it eventhough it was already foreclosed and despite the fact that my hubby already died of COVID last Feb. 18, 2021.He pawned the said items at a very low price just for safekeeping. Thank you for the management of ONCE A PAWN A TIME was not enough for the hapiness we feel having it back and for the wonderful legacy from a father to his children that money can’t buy a remembrance like that. We’re really proud of recommending this pawnshop and we assure you that your treasured possessions we’re in good hands and they were not greedy like other pawnshops. I've read some reviews saying the old lady that used to own the shop was rude... that's not the case with the 2 brothers that now own it, they're the best: very friendly, accommodating and willing to negotiate prices. They really understand what good customer service really means. I've purchased 3 big ticket items from them and they've always given me great deals. Also, gun transfers are quick and hassle free. You won't have to wait 2+ hrs like at Turner's. I was in and out within 15 min when doing private party transfers. They walk you through it and explain everything in detail, unlike some other gun stores that make you feel inadequate when you don't know this or that feature on a gun or a gun law. The brothers have earned a customer for life in me, I highly recommend this store. BTW, make sure to say hello to the senior gentleman hanging out at the store (the brothers's dad I think), he's another nice guy.

Whenever I'm need of extra cash $50 to 200 for bills I come here and receive great customer service and very fair loans. I'm a musician and these guys know what they'er talking about from guitars to fire arms.

First of all you're not buying the owners, you're buying the merchandise that the owners are selling. Plus some of the items may not be available for purchase outside stores that pawn shops carry especially each pawn shop carries different things. So instead of being sensitive little birches that your parents raised you to be get in buy whatever you wanted and get out simple s that. And since majority of our American citizens are already rude in the first place, and when you recieve a ride kind of service that most of the time means that "you" (as the customer) arethe problem. I have returned back multiple times to this pawn shop and nothing less than smiles and good conversations always took place. So all of you who are so sensitive stop living in Faggotville

They know how to do business and most importantly they know how to keep you happy. And they are not greedy like many other pawnshops.

My fiance and I went here yesterday and it was the best experience I've ever had in any pawn shop. The gentleman helping us was very friendly and not trying to screw us over. He was very knowledgeable and gave us top dollar for our merchandise. If anyone is planning to pawn or get a loan I recommend this shop.

I just stopped in for a visit to look at their firearms. Mike could not have been nicer and easier to deal with. I would definitely come back here to make a purchase. Prices seem fair and they have beautiful inventory for the larger caliber rifles, lots of pistols. And an old fashioned Telegraph Machine by the door. What a lovely surprise.

Once A Pawn A Time Pawn Shop stole a priceless native hand carved 24k gold peace from me that I pawned there. They blamed the robbery on one of their employees. Left me angry with a hollow heart. If I could rate them lesser than one star I would.

The gentleman who helped me was friendly. I got what my item was worth to me on a pawn, and left with a little cash in pocket until I can get my item back. Highly recommended :)

This is a great business I’ve never had an issue with anything and if something does come up they’re there to lend a helping hand, I’ve been a loyal customer since 2015 and will continue to support this business. Love you guys 💯
