A to Z Check Cashing / Translator S Glendale Ave, Glendale

The first time I went to cash my check they made a fuss over my extremely long name and the amount of money that the check was worth and refused to cash it. Then I went again and this time they did cash it but only because my husband was with me we were in a hurry and my two year old was fussy so we grabbed the money and left but then I started doing the math and he supposedly charged me $28 to cash my check but I was short and extra 60 dollars!!!! Now he refused to give me the money he stole from my check and claims my check is less than what it really is. Do Not come here they will steal from you!!!!!

The owner (assuming is him, taller, older, has an accent), is so rude. You would assume you could get a roll of quarters in a place called 'A to Z Check Cashing' no problem. I've been to groceries who most happily hand you one. Was merely done asking the unpardonable question of Can I get a roll of quarters? ... when this rude man cuts me off and orders me to Go to the bank! Uhm... ok, I'll do my "A to Z Check Cashing" there to while I'm at it. Take your business somewhere else folks. America is a SERVICE country, if you cannot offer good service, don't operate a SERVICE store opened to the public.

One of the very few places you can reload your TAP card, which I found and walked to for 10 minutes in the rain. However, they refused to load it because I only had a credit card. Well damn, if I had cash, I'd just pay in the bus!!

This dude wanted to eat instead of helping his customers. I never felt so disrespected, and it was unprofessional. You have food in your teeth,talking with your mouth full, and you dont know your own policies. DONT GO HERE

I got a flier from them which said free live scan services......... when i went there he wanted $74 !!!!!!!!! what a scam to get you in the door and take your pants off Avoid this dump

I went there to use their EBT ATM and to my surprise the dude asked for my card, input the information manually. Then, when I asked for $150 he gave me $145 with no receipt (Hhe kept his) and said there was a $5 services fee. I thought it was strange but what I found to be even more strange when $50 showed up in my account 30 minutes later. I went back the next day thinking; "He might of accidentally put it into my account." And tried to explain what had happened but he brushed me off as it was nonsense. SKETCHY. I wouldn't use their services again. Cause if that "accident" could have went the other way and would be livid especially with their TERRIBLE customer service.

The owner, old, tall, man is very disrespectful. I found an old check from 2 months ago that I tried cashing, but he wouldn't let me cash it due to the fact that it was old, even though it said void after 6 months, not 2. He told me to go elsewhere, because he couldn't trust me. Nice customer service.

Great service, very professional Super quick, friendly, professional. I am very happy with her services and attitude. She is a lifesaver! Definitely, I will go there for any notary services again, and definitely highly recommend her.

Haven't had any problems here, fast, nice service. We mostly send money western union.
