I recently refinanced my loan and loan officer Michael Miranda was extremely helpful! Michael provided timely responses, a friendly demeanor, and a smooth process for refinancing. I have been a long time member of GFCU and I appreciate their staff.

Who the hell closes a bank at 12:00pm in the afternoon??? I understand it is covid measures. But you guys are an essential business people need to make their depostlits and pay bills. Business hours are 9pm-5pm at least stay open until 1. Three hours lobby hours is an extremely short window of time. The least you can do is leave a drop box for deposits after you close. Your competitors are open until 3pm or 4pm and they get more foot traffic. Whoever came up with this policy please give them an award.

We had a fantastic experience here with our auto loans. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the rates are impossible to beat. You will be required to do a little more work as far as providing paperwork / red tape compared to larger banks - but you will save lots of $$$ and help out a smaller credit union vs a large conglomorate. I would highly recommend using Glendale Federal Credit Union.

I was on hold for 1 hour to change a PIN. During this one hour, I talked with three representatives, and they just told me that I have to call the representative who is responsible for that. So, I was continually calling to workers, and nobody was able to help me with PIN change. I am disappointed that I wasted my time and nerves.

Hello, I have contacted this place 50+ times this Morning Unable to reach any representative! It is emergency i cant even reach no one ! This phone service sucks! No 24/7 representatives !cheap bank! If you have chance please open ur banking someplace else if you stuck with credit union your pretty much Gonna experience bad service! Change the phone menu! Nothing works!

Their ATM is always filthy. And when you take out cash, don't expect to get $20 bills if you're withdrawing $200. It will just give you 2 $100 bills.

This bank stole every penny from my gf account during the pandemic! They put a freeze on her account for a month during the shutdown then confiscated every penny she had after there “investigation” . We did nothing illegal or against the law, and all of are transactions were able to be verified . This bank is inhuman and put people on there backs during the worst times. Do not trust this bank with your money. This place deserves to be shutdown for doing such a thing at such a time. This bank is pure evil and the representation of what’s wrong in America .

I worked with many banks for 40 years but this bank gave many opportunity to same money on my loans the people the stuff are very respectful and help you when you needed .

Cant pay my bills , give the run around. Told I will get a call back never do . Now I'm racking up late fees for their mistake. Also there is a teller who feels she can be really to a customer

No ATM machine, you're charged for debt card usage, you're charges and application fee for credit card, and I overheard a teller tell a guy that he was being charged $10 fee to close his account. The one star is only for the 7% interest rate on the credit card.
