Scenic Community Credit Union Hixson Pike, Hixson

I've used a checking account at SCCU as my small business account for 2-3 years now, and they've always been great. I haven't had to contact customer support very often, but when I have, they've always taken care of me within a few minutes of picking up the phone. I decided to leave this review because I saw there are some negative reviews, so I just wanted to let SCCU know that I'm happy with their services!

My experience is always pleasant when going to scenic community credit union. Stephanie Penson is always a joy to work with. Always pleasant and easy to deal with. Customer service is always superb!

I have many good relationships with the employees at SCCU in several locations and have been a member for over 10 years. I love to see and work with Stephanie and Linda every time I go in at the Ooltewah Branch! Both of these ladies are "pros". Stephanie always has something good and kind to say to me! Also, my experiences with the Loan Department have been kind and professional. Shirley (at Oolt) and Gail (at main office) have been more than helpful to me and my family for years!! Kristin is helpful when I need help online or by email. Credit Unions have many advantages and we are blessed with great employees like these ladies! Thanks

Everytime I go to the Drive Thru the teller calls me by name. The tellers at the Main Office in Hixson are awesome and gives great customer service. I will highly recommend friends and family to do their banking needs with SCCU. 😊

I've been doing my banking here since 1985 and have always had exceptional service .

We have three auto loans with SCCU and make payment before or on exact due date. For the fourth month in a row we received a late notice when payment has been made. Customer No Service!

We recently joined this credit union, as our previous SCCU experiences—conducting shared branching with another credit union—were always pleasant and positive. Very friendly and professional staff (e.g., Nicole). We highly recommend this SCCU branch.

I'm a new customer to SCCU, I had a few issues that were on my end. Called in at 1657 which is at the end of the day for a banker and talked with Linda. Linda spent about 10 minutes and walked me through step by step instructions, on what I needed to do and helped me fix my issues. Thank you SCCU and Thanks Linda !

Dealt with Gayle McGill-Moates on a Saturday morning, as well as two tellers and at least one other team member at the Hixson, TN branch. It was the absolute BEST experience I have ever had with any type of bank, credit union, or other lending institution !!! All were extremely courteous, professional, and helpful in every way. The entire process was less like a business transaction, and much more like visiting with friends, or favored family members. I appreciate their help so much, and have to say, Scenic Community Credit Union has definitely earned ALL of my business going forward. Thank you all very much.
