Marlene was absolutely perfect. My mother was needing a loan and I was happy to know that there was someone there who was bilingual to communicate with my mother as she applied for a loan. She was very knowledgeable and helped my mother easily apply for a flex loan. I recommended her to all of my friends and family. Julius was wonderful help as well, he and Marlene made sure to do their absolute best to get every piece of information that my mother needed so she can get approved for a loan in a time of need. I really do recommend this store compared to all others in the area, and the customer service that we received from Marlene and Julius was the best.

This was the greatest customer service Ive ever had! As soon as I walked in Julius greeted me with a big smile and a warm welcome. He explained everything to me step by step for my loan, he seems very knowledgeable! So helpful! He even offered me water while I waited to hear back for my loan. Really enjoyed my time there and will continue to do business with Advance Financial.

I have been to this location twice to try to get a loan. The first lady was very helpful and tried to help me as much as possible. I walked in today to see if I could get approved for a loan for the second time around and Marlene went above and beyond to recollect all the information I needed to make sure I could get approved for a loan. She was very sweet and awesome, and did everything to help me out and made sure I got approved! I really do recommend this location and Marlene for her excellent service!

Service was great! Marlene went above and beyond to assist me in receiving all the information I needed to get this loan. Helped me set up my online banking because the lady at the bank could not assist me like Marlene did. Made the application and the process very easy for me, since I am not tech-savy at all. I definitely recommend this location, and Marlene for her wonderful service.
