This is the worst truest SunTrust bank I’ve ever dealt with I have been with this bank for 47 years and always have trouble at this bank the employees are hateful and act like you’re giving them a problem because you come in I will never come back to this location they have no intentions of trying to help a customer…you are a problem to them …I go out of my way just to visit a different location… It’s making me want to change banks

The new app is terrible and the service is too. I've banked with suntrust for 7 years and am now switching to a better bank.

Can never, and I mean never, get anyone to answer the phone. Didn’t have this problem with Suntrust Nor American National since 1991. Truism is not proving to be an upgrade.

Incredibly slow. Even before the virus shutdown relegated all of us to the drive-thru, it was slow. Now the wait time is even longer. I really don’t like doing business with Suntrust. Will be opening new account somewhere else.

Impersonal, unhelpful, and unable. All the awfulness of a big bank. I will be closing my account ASAP and returning to only bank with TVFCU as they offer free checking that's actually free and have managers that can help with changes to accounts and policies.

Everyone was so nice and helpful answered all questions I had and was just great hardworking people all around. And are very busy around lunch time so in sorry dude you had a bad experience...the guy that left the bad commguy.. Well he should have heme at another time. BC sometimes things happen and come up. Anyways I love you guys thanks for all your help!!! <3

Had a 12:30 appointment. Took off during my lunch break, drove across town, waited over 1/2 hour and had to leave to get back to work. Missed lunch.
