    I went in to cash a Federal EE Savings Bond. They said it was against policy to help me because I was not a customer. I am very disappointed in this policy. These are bonds issued by the Federal Government. I did give it two stars because at least one of the employees was almost considerate, the other was just rude.

    I Deposited money and they Hit me $500 or overdraft fees in less than 48 hours without giving me a proper explanation of why their overdraft policy wasn’t explained upfront. They are shady. They literally stole money From my bank account.
