PNC Bank S 32nd St, Camp Hill

Wish I could give less than 1 star. No greeting when I pulled up to the drive thru. Terrible customer service. The “manager” (Caucasian, blonde woman) was rude, nasty and condescending. Worst service ever.

A person stopped payment on a check written to me. PNC never notified me. Then a week later froze and closed my account . No notice of any kind

Horrible. I have been coming to this location for years since my company has a business account here and I can tell you that there is almost always a long wait. No matter what time of day you will be waiting in line for quite some time. Some of the staff are nice but some of the tellers also have major attitude problems. Also their phone system hasn't been working properly for months and they haven't bothered to get it fixed. I have tried calling from several different phones and their system cannot transfer me to a branch teller. Horribly run location.

Ricardo was helping me with the debit card issue. I love how he treats me like a friend. The procedure was efficient and effective. Definitely a 5 star. I would love to come back!

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced with any PNC. Drive through wait, whether there is a line or not is over 10 minutes EVERY SINGLE TIME. There is nothing quick about this branch. Wells Fargo is a few feet away is incredibly quick in comparison to this place. They really need to find fix this. If this was my main bank branch I would have left PNC by now.

I walked in today and there were tellers at every window and no wait at all. I don't know what people are complaining about, I've only ever been there for more than 5 minutes when I had multiple transactions. The line at the drive through is a different story. So, as I am able-bodied, I leave the drive through windows for those who are not, now there's less people in that line, and we all win.

Had an issue with my Zelle PNC acct and Tom was helping in fixing a simple fix.....spent a long time eith me and made sure thst he fixed my issue. Customer service for sure

I'm always treated well here, but when there was a minor mix-up recently (actually not the fault of a bank employee, but another customer trying to claim something put aside for me), at least three different people went out of their way to help me rectify it: Jordan and Ricardo, the names I do remember, are to be commended for their compassion, and for "owning" and helping me with the issue. And Jordan even DROVE to me to make it right. Life is messy, mistakes happen, and "other people" can make bad situations worse. That's all normal. What matters to me is what people do to help with and/or fix the messes and the mistakes. Way to go, guys!

The people that work at this branch are very nice, but they never have enough tellers. I always have a long wait, especially at the drive thru. There's always only one lane open and usually several cars waiting. I would never bank here because of this, but my company has accounts at PNC and this is the closest branch.

Both the Manager Jen and another male manager were extremely rude and need to take a course in how to treat customers. The only reason I gave 1 star was because the female teller was apologizing and was very nice. My recommendation is never to go there.
