No one likes speaking to collection agencies, but my experience with this company was amazing. I spoke with Nancy who made the process extremely easy and seamless. She was very kind and personable! She communicated everything well, and made everything make sense. Thanks Nancy!! :-)

I’m a 64 year old retiree and I’ve always paid my bills and have great credit. Somehow I had overlooked a medical bill that I hadn’t paid. I began paying small monthly payments until I could save enough to pay it off. Today I called the NRA Group to pay the balance. Anita handled the situation for me and she was helpful and super nice!

I recently found a $150 medical bill on my credit report from five years ago! Unfortunately it was affecting my credit score negatitely so I decided to contact the collections agency to try and take care of things. I was able to speak with Anita at the NRA Group's 1-800 number and she did an amazing job helping me find the account that was in collections so that I could pay it off. It is not often that you speak with someone in collections and have a positive experience. By virtue of the nature of the call, most people are in defense mode. I for one can say that as soon as I see collections on my Caller ID or hear "This is an attempt to collect a debt", I get ready to do battle. I recently had the opportunity to speak with Nancy about a debt I was adamant about not clearing up, just because of the interaction I had with a previous agent who was unwilling to work with me. Not only did Nancy help me get the arrangements made, but she did so with a level of humanity that really broke down any resolve I had. Customer service is not for the weak... It requires a certain kind of special someone to ensure a smooth call. Nancy is a professional, empathetic and kind agent. I truly appreciate her patience.
