Her name is Leeha I had an appointment with her, me and my husband and she was so rude and she Han no experience and she promised us to call us but she didn’t so don’t do that anymore even our case not approved so you have to call us same you promised , zero star

Friendly and very helpful staff. Went there without an appointment to get documents notarized, staff squeezed me on the same day. Marco did some thorough research (checking with his manager to confirm) and called me back what to do so I don’t waste time at the branch. They really care about customers and their time. Thank you, Marco.

Do to my new job I recieved my first paycheck issued by santander bank.upon entering the bank I first received an akward stare from one of the teller. I approached the window and the nice young lady was assisting me when, Marcos pelkique overzealous felt that the young lady was in a sense of trouble. Marcos consistently watching my interaction with the friendly young lady felt it was a problem i asked him to relax cause his demeanor was off. I told him I felt very unwanted in that bank and he made me feel like someone needs to do something about this.

Heard the last manager and banker was fired for unethical sales practices. This bank should be proud.

I’ve been going to this bench for over 20 years. The names and institutions have changed so many times. The only constant is Marie. She’s simply the best. She provides you with excellent service, knowledgeable and thorough!!! Highly recommend.

I walked into this branch in my pjs and slippers to pay a huge overdraft fee that I'd had on my account for over a year! Marco was so kind, helpful and respectful. He greeted me cordially, offered me a seat, and explained everything to me in detail about the whole process of paying my debt and reopening my checking account. Marco helped me deposit the rest of the cash into my savings account and then followed up with me the next week, and the week after that, personally calling me and addressing me by name. He called me when he said he would, three days later, and then the following week, and helped me reopen my previously closed checking account. Marco was courteous the whole time and treated me with respect. I felt like he supported me through the process. He never ever looked down on my appearance or anything like that, not even with me in my pjs! Even considering the fact that I had an overdue huge debt... I was blown away by the kindness and stellar customer service. I really loved the experience at this branch. The tellers were helpful too and smiled friendly smiles the whole time. I was in my pjs and definitely smelling like sweat! Never ever was I made to feel any less than. I definitely recommend going to this branch. You'll be treated well and valued for your patronage. Thank you Marco and every one else at this Santander branch! I will definitely be coming back. You have my business. PS: Marco also helped me through the app download and set up. Marco is THE MAN!

Santander Block my account for an unknown reason. Went to the Northboro branch and they wanted me to go to the Westboro, Branch I called Westboro and they could no help me. They sent me to the fraud department and it is ringing for 15 minutes and there is no answer. . Not Happy.
