Very happy with our experience working with Neil Bock on the MNSIR team. We worked with Neil on purchasing our first home in this, to say the least, crazy market. We first met Neil at a property he was helping the listing agent with, and we appreciated how Neil was patient with us and walked us through everything to do with the homebuying process. After that experience, we wanted to work with Neil exclusively. We then had multiple open houses over a few months and we never felt any pressure on making decisions from Neil. Somehow he was always available for us (even during weddings), and made efforts to always be first to open houses to secure our spot. Paul's expertise in contracting and onstruction management was of great value to me. I was very impressed with Paul and his approach to supporting me in preparing my home for sale. A good broker knows the town, the people, what's going on in the market for your house, the comps, the town hall officials and makes selling your house a simple, pleasant experience. Edith has all that. She has a rich background of experience, intimate knowledge of Northborough and the surrounding area and gives great advice and coaching. I was extremely fortunate to have Adam Boyce as my realtor for the sale of my former house and the purchase of my new one. Notwithstanding that he brokered the sale of my home for much more than the asking price and the purchase of my new home for $30K less, Adam went way above and beyond. The hardest task of selling a house is getting it ready for market. My home needed a considerable number of updates and Adam was there to find the highest quality replacements including a fridge to fit in an irregular space. The only thing that I needed to do was pay for the items. Adam had them delivered and expertly installed by quality tradesmen at more than fair prices. Adam’s knowledge of the market and housing construction was particularly invaluable. I found some properties that, on line, seemed appealing, but Adam pointed out deficiencies in them and I was able to avoid imprudent decisions. In the chaos that ensued on moving day that was my doing, Adam was there to get things under control including picking up the loose odds and ends that the movers didn’t take. Most importantly, Adam was a calming presence during what would be an otherwise tumultuous process. I was very happy that I enlisted Adam, and to those considering entering the real estate market, you will be as well.
