Travis, and the rest of the staff are just great to work with. If Travis, can't give me answer for a question I have. He gets back to me in a timely fashion that said he would. Also, he makes sure that I understand all the other services available to me.

I was ver unsatisfied with the poor communication and long waits between these. The main page for rv loans promoted 100% covered loans to later find out that only 80% of the WHOLESALE price would be loaned, not the retail value.

So Joshua Coletta was awesome, easy to talk to and efficient in helping me set up my first LLC. I highly recommend him because of his cool and calm professional nature, I look forward to working with him in the future.

I had a rather complex problem and after visiting the Candelaria branch, I thought it was going to get worse but I decided to visit the coors branch and Joshua went above and beyond to help me. He took time out of his own lunch hour to help me get the numbers that I needed. He did all this with patience and a smile on his face at all times. He solved my problems and made sure all that was needed was accomplished! He definitely is the true definition of what a manager should be. The staff at the candelaria branch should spend some time with him and his staff. Staff at candelaria certainly made me feel like I was a bother and was asking the impossible. Thank you Joshua for being kind to an old man!

I adore this location, never giving me any sort of hassle when trying to put money in my accounts. But, with it just being drive thru I find myself unhappy with my experiences. I miss being able to walk into the lobby and truly interact and talk to the tellers. If walk in doesn't come back, I may leave this bank.

Always friendly on the phone and in person. So much better than a bank that loves to mess with people. These guys are solid. My whole family has accounts here, auto, credit, checking and savings! I wouldn't use anyone else.
