I was the buyer’s realtor for a new home. Highland Residential Mortgage/Sam Brock was their lender. The process was smooth and simple. Everything was handled in a timely manner and everyone was kept in the loop all the way through the lending process. A great mortgage company to use when you are ready to purchase a home.

Sam was a fantastic resource through the entire process and I could not be more happier with the outcome! He explained every question we asked in detail (and there were quite a few) and broke it down for us to really understand everything clearly and make us feel comfortable. Sam Brock truly cares about his client’s best interests. He is knowledgeable and patient. He will educate and guide you in your home buying process. For me it was important to find a loan officer who was knowledgeable about student loan debt. I know there are other millennials with student loan debt who give up on buying a home because they worked with an unknowledgeable loan officer.
