It’s so nice to be able to completely trust the company that is handling your loan or loans. In our case we had two at the same time! It can be pretty stressful but Mary her assistant Alex and the rest of their team made it stress free. I have used her before when she was with a different lender. The first time she did a loan for me, I was single and the loan was a 1031 property exchange. For me it was crazy as crazy gets (at the time I was not set up in a permanent home and renting with no good internet.) And electronic stuff is not my strong suit. But all went well Mary is very confident in herself and her colleagues. It was a terrific loan with wonderful interest rates. James is really good at his job. I was a first time home buyer and he really explained the lending process in a way that wasn't overwhelming. He was also very responsive. He was able to put together a pre approval letter the same day after looking at our house. I highly recommend!
