Julie Nichols and her team were absolutely fantastic to deal with during our loan process for a home purchase we completed in May 2019. They communicated the entire process up front and guided us along the way for every step. All our documents were easily uploaded through their secure portal from the comfort of my own home and there was no need to get paper copies of every document. Electronic signatures were used for most items and our realtor brought over the couple items that needed original signatures. They coordinated seamlessly with our Realtor and the Title company to keep everything on track and up to date. We even closed earlier than anticipated because the seller requested a faster closing. Julie and her team were able to keep the process well in hand and met the early closing date.
