Saint Lawrence Title Pasadena Pl, Orlando

Stay away from Saint Lawrence title company, they are unprofessional and extremely rude, especially Brian Barnes. We were selling a house and days prior to signing we contacted Brian so he could send us all the documents for review, prior to the notary appointment. He NEVER sent any documents, nor he responded to any of our questions concerning the Alta document. When it was time for the buyers to sign, we called him to get an update and he said we will get the funds the morning after. The next day I called him again for an update and he said “you should call your agent”. I asked him if there was an issue since it was pass noon and we didn’t receive any funds or updates. Extremely rude he replied that the sellers bank send $1000 less and he was not able to fund my account. I told him why didn’t he informed me of this before, since the sellers already got the key, and he said "sorry that is not my problem" and hanged up on me. After several hours and after talking with Dana, we finally received the wire transfer, however the amount was less, since Mr. Brian messed up (again), and provided an incorrect amount. This entire experience of dealing with unprofessional people such as Brian Barnes from Saint Lawrence Title company has been extremely stressful. I would suggest looking for a more professional and reliable company. Stay away from them.

I was called by Saint Lawrence and was asked to change my review. As a result there have been some adjustments. However, I still would not use them or recommend them to a friend. There were several instances where there was miscommunication between the parties involved in buying my home. Now, Saint Lawrence Title is not wholly responsible, but do share some blame for complications for closing. My Realtor had to call them the day before closing to have them send me closing and wiring instructions. When the email came it was so riddled will typos (about one per sentence) it was difficult to read. The day of closing everything went smoothly and all the forms I was signing were adequately explained.

One of the best title companies in Orlando! Super smooth to work with; their staff is amazing. They also host great classes for realtors which is awesome.

Very Profesional people I loved the way they handled all of my legal documents and when I had to make changes the were there for me and wasn't expensive. Keep up the good work Mrs. Teresa

I have closed at a lot of title companies in the Central Florida area over the last 20 years. St Lawrence Title is by far the best! Customer service is their top priority, while guaranteeing a thorough job well done. I cannot say enough great things about them. Theresa is a goddess! She is so experienced and doesn't cause stress or anxiety for clients, in an already stressful time. She thinks of ways to work things out, and that is imperative in a good title company. So many others can learn from her. Thank you!

Complete garbage. They are unprofessional and rude to the selling party. They have lost two sales for me at the closing table by opening their mouth and asking buyers if they’re sure of this and that’s in emails and highlighting things that they feel are important and partial. Things they don’t even know about but because they’re a title agency it scares buyers into thinking it’s a huge deal because it must be if the title company mentioned it. Then it takes hours and days to try to smooth buyers back over from this team acting out of place and ultimately have lost multiple sales from them. Do not use them and stay far away

I have had two closings with St. Lawrence Title and it was without a doubt the easiest two closings ever! On time, complete and no hassles. The St. Lawrence team was polite. professional and competent. Do yourself and your friends a favor, refer them to St.Lawrence Title, they make it a pleasant experience. Regards ECW
