Our history with him goes back a number of years... when during the last economic downturn my husband bought our first house, and even with all of the massive challenges of first time home ownership during hard times, he was able to help navigate the system, explained everything in detail, and made himself available 24/7 for any issues or questions. He made it happen!!! That house has been a blessing for us. Fast forward to present time, we were lucky enough to work with Michael again on the mortgage loan for our new home. When we saw the house on a Sunday morning, we texted him that day asking him how quickly he could put together a pre-approval letter as we knew there was already another offer for this house.
