The people that work here are consistently rude to my mother. Don't like leaving bad reviews but this place deserves it.

I walked in to cash a 115.00 check about 2 weeks ago. Christine asked for my drivers license and last 4 digits of my social. No problem. Ten minutes later she is still staring at the computer screen. I asked is there a problem she said no I am just looking at all your stuff. Looking at all my stuff? Finally 10 more minutes later my check was cashed. Today I went through the drive thru and Christine waited on me again. She asked for my license and social, no problem 10 minutes went by before she cashed my check. I guess she was looking at all my stuff.. My problem is I have never experienced this with any other teller taking this long to cash a check or looking all my stuff. Beware very nosy and condensending.

Have been using this bank since they were Irwin Bank. The employees at this branch are nice. Altho there were some young gals that were a bit rude and inexperienced with banking etiquette, I think they're gone now, and the best ones have remained: Linda, Cheryl, Pam, etc, they are GREAT! Great service at this branch!

Open all days of the week (Sun drive thru), so it is very convenient. Weekend hours are shorter, but still the convenience is awesome.The tellers at this branch are always nice, and their Customer Service & Sales people are also accomodating. My hubby and I have a CA and SA at this branch, and we have been very pleased with their service.

The customer service is awful here and Unforgiving. I requested a new account with overdraft protection. I have a home equity loan through them that automatically drafted the payments from my savings. They then told me I made to many monthly withdraws from the savings and closed or prohibiting the loan payment to come out? Then didn’t give me the $100 they offered to open the account because I over-drafted one time which should have came out of my savings which had more than enough funds. But since I’m apparently wrong they did nothing but give me attitude. WORSE BANK EVER. back to PNC

Over drew account by accident and deposited cash at tell next day and was still charged fees. Now my account is desperately over the limit. The manager at my branch is unforgiving to me every time this happens it's her descretion to charge or not and she shows no mercy. I love my Huntington account because they have 24 hour grace to help to stop fees. I'm closing my st bank account as soon this is cleared.

Worst customer service from a bank I ever had. Went in to open bank account (which should only take about 20 minutes) ended up taking 3 DAYS! Linda said she had to get approval because I had an out of state license. She told me she would call me back the next day but never did. I called a few times, left a voicemail but she wouldn’t respond to me. I told her it was very urgent I get an account open because I was flying out of town and needed a debit card ASAP. But she wouldn’t get back to me. When I initially sat down with her to open the account she was rude and seemed as if I was inconveniencing her. After dealing with this unprofessional bank and waiting days for no response I ended going to pnc bank where the staff was very friendly! Pnc only took about 20 minutes to get me an account and I even got my debit card the same day! I will definitely never have an account with s & t ever again.
