PNC Bank Norwin Ave, Huntingdon

The bank is understaffed and has been for a long time now. One, or two tellers max in the lobby even during obviously busy times. You will be at the bank or drive through for twenty minutes for a simple transaction— not because it is the tellers fault, but seemingly overwhelmed. I am changing banks because it is just too much of an inconvenience anymore.

Friendly staff, but wait times do not match with the volume of customers. They take way too long with no flexibility... This location needs some work to process customers more efficiently. You could do much better PNC.

Kaitlyn was so nice and helpful in assisting me with fraud on my account and getting a new debit card! She was very informative and talked me through the process for it not to happen again. This has always been my go to branch even though it’s a drive because customer service is always phenomenal :)

Very Bad service, not a bank to use, if your over 65. Will never return to this branch.

I was a frequent customer at Norwin Hill’s PNC bank. I had banked regularly here for 10 years. I would always go out of my way to bank with one woman in particular; Michelle. I would always enjoy our conversations. I hadn’t seen her in a few weeks (I was actually a bit worried) I had asked about her & one of the women sneered & said “she left”. Her demeanor led me to believe otherwise. This was extremely disturbing to me and I will not be coming back.

Thus review is not about PNC Bank. It is about this location. PNC is probably the best brick and mortar bank still around, but this location is absolutely awful. Things need to be changed here. It should not take 30+ minutes for two deposits if you aren't using an ATM (Which has a tendency to break anyway).

Every time I go here the wait is so ridiculous I live 5 minutes away and am gone an hr. Hire more help or have the people who are in the offices help ridiculous line to the door and no one offers to help and just walks by. How can you allow this all the time at this establishment? I know at my place of employment this would necer happen. Should be ashamed and no i won't go anywhere else when it's five minutes away fix it!

Gor to be the slowest people ever to count money in a business let alone a bank...!! 20 min for three little deposits. They never answer the phone and are never ready for change orders that are call ahead

I miss the tall blonde woman who used to work there! The only reason why I gave two stars is because I was a client for years due to the upstanding service I received from her. After an incident with my money... I found just how dishonest some of your tellers really are. PNC, business is over until you can re-evaluate your employees. Shame on you for allowing them to steal from loyal customers!

I had a very pleasant experience today at this Pnc. The Lobby manager was a friendly gentleman who helped me get situated and my Teller, Melissa, was such a sweet lady. She and I laughed a bit about weekend plans our jobs. Thank you both for being patient and kind!
