Slum lords. Hunter Donnelly and Bryson Lesnewsky are disrespectful and rude. Couldn’t use the bathroom for weeks and had sewage water coming out of my ceiling into my dining room and they thought this was completely okay. Started in January and i still have water damage throughout my kitchen. They sent someone out to PAINT over it. Tried to delete my review so watch out. Also found out today they don’t own our property anymore and still nobody has notified us. A true joke of a company.

I first called Susan regarding a commercial listing, she was very knowledgeable and experienced. I realized after speaking with her that they also handle rentals. I referred my nephew to the company and he has been in his apartment for almost a month and is very happy with his place and the service.

Do not rent from these people, my apartment has had a leak from the roof for the last year and they refused to come and look at it. They are slum lord's. I was told if I don't like it don't pay rent, and to move out by John Gill himself! Susan Gill made a supposed appointment to have things fixed but somehow that went by the wayside 3mo. before this encounter considering all of the buildings on summit are overdue for roofing. Not people or renter friendly at all.

I can't say enough about the entire Fairways team. All are above bar when it comes to professionalism and how they treat their customers. Susan and her team have gone above and beyond to help us navigate through the tedious process of buying our new house and selling our existing. I'd give them 6 stars if Google gave us that option.

C21 Fairways is helping me make my first step to rent or purchase my first home. Their advise has been appreciated and their systems of emailing information automatically helps with my schedule not to miss anything that comes up for sale or lease.

My husband and I have recently had the pleasure of working with Susan Gill for the sale of our home. Our friend and neighbor, Vince, referred us to Susan when we asked him to represent us because he is not active in real estate at this time. Since Property Rental Management merger with this Century 21, I will post me experience here as well. I stayed in a home under this management and the experience was the worst year of my life. $925 a month for a home that probably would not pass inspection because of broken floors, leaky roof, and not sending us bill information. The Landlords for this property were no better as they also ignored our requests for things to be fixed and took months to get one or two small things done. One week when the temperature was below 0 outside, the home inside was 40 and our electric bill was over $700. After many many requests to have something done about this a furnace was finally installed 2 weeks later. It is now month 11 of our 12 month lease and I bought a home. We have told the rental company that we would be leaving in March in February. 2 weeks before we we closed on the house we told them we will drop off our keys. The rental company responded saying that they needed to do a walkthrough of the home. 1 week later they will not respond to our calls. They text us saying they will get back to us shortly, but that was 2 days ago. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY.

Reached out to inquire about a rental. Viewed property, that one was not for us. The leasing agent was out of town and the office staff did what they could to facilitate me with information. The leasing agent did not return my call when they returned(understandable when catching up). I called to follow up and the agent seemed bothered that I called. Some wires were crossed about a property being for rent or sale. Leasing agent was completely unapologetic and nearly hostile from this point on while making sure all parties were referring to the same property.
