Russell made our experience so easy and was super responsive at any time of day. He really was so great and I cannot think of any reason why anyone wouldn't make him your top choice. Buying or refinancing a home can be stressful and intimidating but Russell made our refinance truly stress free. Russell came recommended to me by my sister who works in Real Estate. Russell and his wife attended to me promptly throughout what was a quick process for my situation (re-fi). Handled entire process via online document exchanges (did require scanning and attaching certain docs on my part so that capability aids speed of process) save for the closing which I chose to go to the Attorney's office (though the option of an attorney/attorney rep coming to me was offered). Wholeheartedly recommend.
