My primary home purchase experience with QC Lending was great! The loan officer was Deion Washington. He was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, diligent, willing to go the extra mile. He is easy to work with. I highly recommend him and this company.

I bought my first house thanks to Deion Washington. After having a bad first experience with a different loan company, Deion renewed my faith in loan officers! Even though they're were a lot of ups and downs, Deion stayed professional through all of it. He was even able to find me a loan despite the fact that I couldn't get a traditional home loan through most major banks. Even through the times I was frustrated with the process or discouraged, Deion was reassuring. I can’t tell you how much I love this company. I’ve worked with a lot of lenders but QC Lending far exceeded my other experiences with other lenders. I can’t thank Larry Hoyt so much where he helped me on several other deals and even helped me refi my own home myself. Thais, who also a Team member, displayed a lot of professionalism and great communication where you are aware of everything going on. I felt like I had no problems or issues going through them because they COMMUNICATE (not a lot of lenders do this effectively) which they became my preferred lender because they do a absolutely great job. Don's team at QC Lending is unbelievable. In the pandemic they went above and beyond to get my refi done while presenting me with options and possibilities that I didn't even know existed to make sure that what transpired was the best possible scenario; AND THEN EXECUTED IT . They were in constant contact the ENTIRE time the process was going on to make sure I had no questions that went unanswered. I felt like one of the family. I have already referred someone to them and I honestly can't wait to do business with them again myself.

I highly recommend QC lending. My fiance and I were buying our 1st home together and William Caballero was our Brooker. William was very serviceable and friendly. He made the entire process easy and painless. He came out to meet with us instead of us having to go to him and he gave us his direct number to contact him in case we had any questions or concerns. Everytime I called him or texted him with a question he was very knowledgeable and answered quickly. I highly recommend this company that helped us with the entire process and were very customer service oriented.

As food service workers that had an incredibly difficult last couple of years, Don and his team were able to help us get all of our finances in order to get approved for the loan we needed. This company provided us with wonderful service and a fantastic experience with our first home/mortgage. We worked directly with Adrian Allred and he was amazing! Very professional, helpful, friendly, and informed. I would recommend Adrian and QC Lending to anyone looking to finance their home.

I almost let this go but someone has to speak up. We worked with William Cabellero, and the experience was not the best (to say the least). There were several conversations (phone and e-mail) were he made us feel judged, ignorant and as he was doing us a favor for working with us. He closed on our home in September 2021 and in December 2021 we received a notice that our payments were going up by $300.00! He's answer was literally this "Desafortunadamente esto pasa frecuentemente" (Unfortunately this happens often) Really !? An increase of $300.00 - let's just say I will never be working or referring him to anyone. His attitude and sense of superiority are appalling! UPDATE01/31/22: The issue with our payment was resolved, the agent was able to contact the servicing group (he did make it clear that his job was to originate the loan and not to service it) to check what had happened.

Don Burch and his team of professionals made the refinance process so easy. Quick responses to any concerns, provided options that I had never heard of before, gave his professional opinion on which option would provide the best value today, 5 years from today and for the life of the mortgage. No pressure, gave ample time for the wife and I to review the options and decide which option fit our situation. I was so impressed that I had him refinance my rental also. Highly reccomend QC Lending especially The Don Burch team!
