    Super impressed with the service. My husband and I both heavily use our vehicles for work and due to past experiences at other dealers we never like servicing them at dealerships & refuse all service packages. Came in due to maintenance light on because I bundled my oil changes in since it made sense, but turned out the light was for a tire rotation. Service was honest and told me I didn’t need it yet after measuring my tire depth (which I appreciate) and washed my car & gave me a coupon for coming in. Thanks for the honest service !

    Things started out not so great, but Russ Darrow turned it around in the end and did a great job. It started a couple weeks ago when I was called to see if I needed an oil change on my Passat, which I actually did need. I scheduled the oil change for yesterday. Since last week I was called two more times as a reminder for the appointment, which is great! But! After I checked in my car and sat down in the waiting room for 5 minutes I was then told that they didn't have the oil or parts for my car and would have to order them and I would have to reschedule. They knew what kind of car I had when I scheduled this, the person mentioned the make of my car. I have a very busy schedule and this really was the best time for me. They really wowed me when I returned for my new appointment today. They took me early with no question when I asked, comfortable waiting room, check out was a breeze, and they even washed my car. They were very apologetic and made it right. I will be back! :)

    Heather was our sales rep. She is very professional and explained all very well. My husband and I test drove a car. This was the first time I had a rep ever go with me. Then again I hadn't bought a car in a long time. This helped with answering questions we had about features of the car. The day we picked it up, she also went over all the controls/buttons thoroughly which helped. One other item the financing process was fairly quick and all explained well. Thank You for a pleasant experience!

    This place is top class for service. Highly recommend the Toyota Care maintenance package. It's nice not having to worry about that stuff. And the staff is so friendly. Best in the biz. I'll continue to get my new cars here and get them serviced onsite.

    Edit: After leaving a previous review about unfulfilled warranty service I was contacted by the general manager who agreed that the course of events were unwarranted. He put me in contact with the service manager who found that the dealer purchased extended warranty was actually still active the second time the issue was spotted. Long story short, the whole issue could have been avoided by researching the true term of that warranty. The dealership has made things right by making the repairs at no charge per the warranty. While I do appreciate that they admitted to the error and completed the repairs, it took the review to initiate those actions. Review raised from 1 to 4 stars in recognition of that.

    I had an oil change and tire rotation. The service tech was amazing! He was very personable, communicated well, made sure my issues were taken care of, and thanked me for my business. I was extremely pleased with the service I received today.

    Updated to my original review. The beginning experiences with this dealer were a little shaky. Basically I was under the impression my son was going to be given a verbally agreed upon deal. I personally spoke to the sales person before he gave a deposit for a vehicle he wanted to order. I was shocked by the deal while we were in the finance office and put back a little bit by what my son thought was the deal vs what it actually was. We ended up taking the car because we felt our hands were tied in todays market but was not happy and expressed it via reviews and emails. The right person reached out and we had a very nice discussion. This person took the time out of his day to talk to my son and I about the situation. Knowing the truth is in the middle but also understanding perception from the customers point of view needs to be addressed. He listed to our story and offered us our original requested starting point as we felt it was requested (Which was basically MSRP for a built on the website order and the maintenance package.) This completely tuned the situation around and do feel like they handled it in a way I was not expecting. Thank you so much for listening and working with us to earn my respect. Rob Arneson

    Super disappointed because this will be the 2nd time I attempted to work with a Russ Darrow dealership and twice now have been unhappy. I worked with Matt, who is excellent by the way, SUPER nice! They were unwilling to work with me on trade in, other dealers have offered me $18000+ they would only give me $16000, and wouldn't budge a cent, w.e to each their own. My biggest issue is the car I looked at, mind you 3 of my friends also checked out the listing and CARFAX from their website on the day I looked at the car (5/13/2022) and it was clean. Then on Sunday 5/15/22 I looked at the listing again considering my options again, if the car had sold Saturday etc., and the CARFAX now lists an accident which resulted in moderate damage to 75% of the car!! When I had originally asked when the car came in it was 3/1/2022 - wow that was a long time ago - I was given the excuse that their safety inspector had left and they had other employment issues, well now that makes a lot of sense since they had to replace the majority of the car to get it ready to sell. Told me that MSRP is $29000 (new) and they're selling it at $23987, damaged cars lose about 33% of their value, so they should have it listed for $18-19500. Buyer beware, idk how but somehow that CARFAX was hiding that damage and I am glad I did not let go of my car! I will find my Hyundai Kona somewhere else and honestly never step foot in another Russ Darrow dealership AGAIN.

    By far the best car dealership in Wi. Eric went above and beyond to get the exact suv to fit my needs. The finance gentleman was super awesome at explaining everything and again looking out for what best suited my needs. Best experience to date. Highly recommend!!!!

    I bought a 2021 Toyota Corolla from Russ Darrow Toyota in September of 2020. I was greeted by Ryan who was very polite and happy to help me with my car buying experience. Since then I have taken my car for service numerous times (for additional accessories regular maintenance) and have had great experiences. Everyone is friendly and happy to help! I came home late one night and noticed that a piece of metal punctured my tire. I was able to bring my car in the next morning with a spare and they were able to squeeze me in to get my tire repaired. The cost of service was fairly priced! I will continue to have my vehicle serviced here. Great staff, fair prices, and excellent service!

    I am in shock. I was five minutes away from the dealership and they call me. I am driving away in my new van and I answer and I believe it was Noah who says "We wish we would not have sold you that car because you are not a nice person" then they hung up. I took a moment to digest the absurd call and figured I would call back and talk to the sales manager. I called, and explained the call that I just received, and he listened and asked me who I wanted to talk to. I said I thought I was speaking to the sales manager and he hands the phone to the Noah who had just called me, was rude and hung up on me, and he started again "What did you have a bad day? Are you mad? You're not a nice person" He said this numerous times and I asked him over and over who am I speaking to and he again hung up on me. So much for this dealership's "core values". I will NEVER be back. No one should be giving them any business. A crazy person would go here and put up with this. Who's not the nice person---And the guy is a coward---won't even say his name and hangs up the phone. HE SHOULD BE FIRED. Period.

    The service advisor talked to me like I was a wall. (My car wouldn't start and there was no sign that the battery was working.) I advised him I was there for an illuminated engine light after I had the car battery replaced by AAA. $158 later... (My car is under warranty for 3 years or 36,000 miles. It had 10,200 miles and it's a 2020 Toyota.) He immediately said "it won't be covered under warranty since AAA touched" my car. After 45 minute wait, the Russ Darrow Toyota service advisor said the bill "WAS ONLY $139" for 2 fuses that failed. I looked at the invoice and the total charged was $169, or broke down $139.95 for labor and $17 for shop supplies + tax. After I called and relayed my situation to Toyota Headquarters the service manager called me. Our phone connection dropped so he (Jordan Seagren) emailed me and suggested I email what had happened. I replied to the email and I never heard from Russ Darrow Toyota again. And to think my whole decision for buying a Toyota for reliability and integrity was stamped out now. Dismayed I am. Wow.

    Eric was an awesome sales associate! He presented himself professionally yet very friendly. He answered all my questions and made my experience purchasing my first exceptionally nice truck an exciting fun experience. 5 stars are not enough!!!! This also goes for the dealership itself - the general manager, finance manager, and ALL other team members presented themselves in the same manner. Such a purchase can be somewhat scary. This was simple, comfortable, and a great memory.

    We bought a Toyota Sienna in June of 2015. I've had all the service done at this location. Its always been fine, however in the last year or so I feel like its slipping. You make an appointment for an oil change/tire rotation, plan to be waiting an hour and a half. The last time I was here, I was having problems with our gas door, they told me it would be a warranty replacement. Great! However for the oil change, tire rotation and to take the gas door off, I waited here 3 hours. I'm currently waiting in their waiting area to get it put on...1 hour and 15 minutes. It shouldn't take this long with an appointment, to put on a gas door...

    Chris and Seth in the service department were amazing! I had my tires rotated 1/23 and they went above and beyond! First Chris wiped down my van's sliding doors and greased them. I was suppose to clean them prior to coming, but my schedule got very busy prior to my appointment. He told me don't worry, I'll do it! What great customer service! Then I inquired about recent recalls my vehicle may have and Seth got right down to business and showed me which parts are covered for the next few years. He went over my concerns and reassured me anything my vehicle needed done, they could fix/replace. He and Chris even went over wiper installation with me. What a great team and very helpful! I left there feeling so grateful for their excellent service and help. I service both my Toyota Camry and Toyota Sienna there. Thank you! 😊

    Well when my appointment is at 4:30 I expect to be taken care of. However when they come in at 5:20 and tell me my car is now on the lift for an oil change. Then I am not very happy because I've already sat there for over an hour and then I still have to wait for the oil change to be done. Especially when they cost $60. However at least they are very polite.

    I'd been looking at used vehicles for about a month and missing out on each one I had an eye on. Went to RD site and decided at current prices a new car would be more value for myoney. Travis worked with me from the beginning and I never felt pressured into anything. That, and his honesty throughout the entire process, was sincerely appreciated.     Worst dealer ever and worst car buying experience ever. On June 2, 2020 at about 11:30 am central my husband and I went in to go pay cash on a truck listed at about $38,000. The salesperson “Matt” said the dealership would not sell us the truck (even at the sticker price) without financing through them and that we would not be allowed to pay cash for it. If we want the truck we would need to pay full sticker price and finance through them.” How desperate of a dealership to force customers to complete deals that they do not want to; we were willing to pay for the sticker price as is. I even asked to speak to a manager about this and Matt said the manager was not in, which I am sure it was a lie. I will share with all my family and friends to not shop at this place. This dealer has lost my business for life. I hope no one ever has this kind of experience buying a car. You think dealers would want to sell their cars at sticker price and get it off their list as soon as possible.

    I have a Toyota dealership about four blocks from my home. Trying their website service appointment, they had nothing open for 10 days!! I want a simple oil and filter change for my Sienna. Darrow of West Bend has a Service Department open until 4PM on Saturdays. Friday night around 8pm, l set up a Saturday oil change appointment at 1pm! They even washed the car.

    Had a problem with a Dead Battery on my 2009 Venza. Took it in to the Russ Darrow Toyota Service Dept in West Bend, and Service Advisor, Seth Tearney resolved the problem at "NO CHARGE". Great Work!

    Just picked up my new 2021 4Runner Off Road..Switched from Chevrolet...the SUVs by GM are outrageously too large and expensive. I reseached for weeks on dealerships..what great professionals at Russ Darrow..know their vehicles, extremely well organized, clean and friendly and no pressure. Thus far, its been an excellent adventure in purchasing a new vehicle. Highly recommend you visit them first when considering where to buy your next vehicle.

    Great salesman very nice and helpful ! But the finance Dept does not take cash , check or outside financing?? Only can buy here if you finance through them, would have bought a used vehicle the same night for agreed price but they would not sell to me if I would not finance though them…..very disappointed , bought from Another dealer the next day who would take my money.

    Service: perfect! Seriously. Flawless delivery of service. Honest and sincere staff behaving like real people. I’d like to offer my sincere appreciation for the majority of your staff intelligent enough to to wear masks instead of allowing a virus to do what viruses just do: mutate when given more human hosts to provide the opportunity to reproduce. To the dozen or so staff (and what appeared to be management) nimrods who did not wear masks: it’s like sitting with you in a hot tub watching you relieve yourself and bracing for some kind of speech justifying your Constitutional right to do so. History will regard people like you poorly, but, I know that’s the whole excitement of it for you.

    Had a good used vehicle buying experience with Russ Darrow Toyota on West Bend WI. They were professional and good to deal with. Our salesman Travis Schubert was helpful without being overbearing or pushy. Would gladly deal with him again. The business manager who handled our paperwork explained things well. All in all a positive experience.

    I went there 2 times and had 2 completely different experiences. The first time I went to test drive an Audi where the sales guy accompanied me, his name was Steve and he was great, answered all my questions and gave no pressure. In the end the Audi just didn’t work out. Then a month later I come back to test drive a Jeep Wrangler, I get the used car manager this time named Patrick, I tell him I’d prefer to go alone because I already know features Jeep offers from driving different models, I just want to see how it handles, halfway through the drive the roof leaks into the cabin onto the radio, I’m trying to wipe it off so nothing breaks. I get back and he asked how it went and I tell him overall not my kind of ride but glad I found it out, I told him that the roof leaked and his excuse was “well it’s a Jeep” ok first of all it was a hard top and cost about 27,000 dollars, I don’t expect any car to be leaking from the ceiling at that price point, I told him I hope it gets fixed and that I guess the 2 doors just aren’t for me and he says “well if your going to be that picky good luck” in a very cocky manor, now I heard from other employees that many people have complained about Patrick (customer and employees alike, I had a friend who worked in the body shop) and his demeanor towards customers but I wonder why he is still there, my Dad went back and purchased a brand new truck from them so didn’t deal with him considering he’s a used car manager, but put in a word saying he was rude, and again they agreed they’ve heard it before, I do hope he gets talked to and taught how to act like a manager to a good name brand.

    The service department was pretty good to deal with when I actually had a Toyota. However I have informed the Dealership numerous times that I no longer have a vehicle that would require their services.     When I went for service on January 6, 2021 the car wash "had just broken down". Nine times out of ten when I go for service, the car wash isn't working. When we went to pay for and pick up the used car we selected, the salesman I worked with was not working (he hadn't told me he wouldn't be there) so it was a rather disjointed experience. There was a young woman who did her best to fill in. I recently went in for service as the vehicle was sounding like there was an issue with the exhaust system (we've only owned the car for 2 months). The people in the service department were very helpful.

    I drove an hour to come purchase my vehicle here. It was definitely worth it. The place was clean and once I arrived, everyone greeted me and welcomed me right away. I didn’t have to wait to meet with my Salesperson, he was already waiting for me and had the car I wanted to see parked in front. I highly recommend this dealership and ask for Travis.     We are returning customers to this dealership, and had a mixed experience. The salesman (Bob Burger) was very nice, helpful, and willingly to accommodate us and our situation. I would recommend him as a great salesperson. However, the financial specialist (Matt) was extremely rude, aggressive, and pushy. It was very unprofessional and his aggressive behavior was so appalling that it almost made us leave the dealership without making our purchase. It made the experience very unpleasant and was very disappointing.

    The process of trading in my car for my Toyota went so smooth and easy. Mike was very thorough in showing me everything to operate the car in the test drive and answering my questions about how it compares to other sedans. You lost a sale - even at sticker price the car was where I needed to be - we only had to agree on a number make a deposit and I bring you a cashiers check from my bank.     I had a great experience here purchasing my car. Matthew Buettner was our sales associate and he truly made it the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I drove from an hour away for a specific car they had on the lot that I saw online- a 2017 KIA Soul, not only did they work with me to give me a huge discount and a fair rate on the car but worked with me to give me the best features and coverage for my lifestyle as well. Matt was fun, entergetic and very friendly and my husband and I really enjoyed working with him. Clean and nicely decorated facility with friendly staff.     Everytime I come here they provide excellent service they are super friendly and patient. They always do top notch work :) I have come here not only for having parts replaced to keep my RAV4 in ship shape condition but also for oil changes and they keep me up to date as to how my brakes, tires, air filters, etc... are doing and give me somewhat of a time frame to have them replaced so it isn't a shock when they need to be and I can prepare myself. I recently had new tires put on as well as a new battery installed (today actually) and did an amazing job. Alignment was spot on, ran like a champ PLUS they washed my car off. BONUS! I love it here and recommend them frequently to friends and family. Excellent work to whomever did my tires for my 3:00 appointment today.     Had a great experience until it came down to signing the paperwork. We had agreed on a price and the fact that I was not interested in purchasing the $2000 paint and interior protection package. As we were getting ready to sign, the “Manager”would not sell it at the agreed upon price unless I bought the protection package. They brought the price of the package down and then offered to “ sell it to me at cost”. At which point I stated that if they were selling it at cost they shouldn’t care if I buy it. They are trying to make more revenue in a tight supply market, but they lost my business. Found the same car in Chicago at a slightly cheaper cost.

    Awful experience. Originally called to look at a car on a Thursday. they told me it wouldn’t be ready to go(needed some inspections) until Monday (fine, whatever, but why list the vehicle if I can’t come look at it). Then, magically, the car is ready to go the next day, Friday. I purchase the vehicle, and as soon as I get home, check engine light is on, and none of the fans work the next day. I take the car back and they take a look at it. It was missing a safety sensor(something that should have been caught during that “inspection”). Anyways. Know what you’re doing if you buy here. Unlike me haha.

    So my review comes from 2 different perspectives one as a former employee and one as a customer... so lets start with my time as an employee! Danny Shutts (the GM) and the rest of the management team really do make you feel like you are part of a family and do everything they can to help you become successful in a competitive career field! while i didn't end up staying to long in the car sales career i can say that the entire time i was working with this store i felt valued and i felt important and they did everything to help me succeed... the long hours and rarity of having back to back days off is what eventually led me to reconsider my career choice but this isnt to the fault of the Russ Darrow Toyota Team, it is the fault of the car industry as a whole! i can 100% say without a doubt that the GM Danny Shutts is easily one of the most fun bosses i have had the pleasure of working with as well as the other managers at this store! and wouldnt recommend anyone else to work for if you decide to go into the car sales career! as for being a customer.. since before my time working and since the time i left i have always taken my vehicles here to be serviced and EVERY SINGLE TIME i have been nothing but happy with the service! if time permits they will run your car through the car wash and explain everything in detail! and as for the sales department i really cant think of a single person who i wouldn't trust to sell me a car in the future! while my time as an employee was short this store, the service they provide and the staff they have in both the sales and service side are the reason that when my wife or myself are in the market we wont look anywhere else but RUSS DARROW TOYOTA!

    This is actually my second lease with this dealership. My previous lease was coming to a close and with the current economic and automotive industry issues, and considering my financial scenario, I found myself in a pickle. So I asked my friends at Russ Darrow Toyota for their help and I’m more than happy to announce that they were able to find a vehicle I absolutely love and more importantly, can afford. This experience was as, if not more, efficient and seamless as the last time. Literally, all I had to do was give them my criteria and I was notified within minutes that they had something they felt would be a good fit. I came to the dealership to inspect the vehicle, and it really couldn’t have been a better experience. The car was ready when I arrived. Cole explained all the features compared to my previous vehicle and set everything up in the new one. Justin submitted my financials, Matt went diligently through the paperwork with me, Patrick tied the deal together with a bow and I drove off in a beautiful ‘22 Camry. Thanks, guys!!!     Top notch service! On my way to a meeting, I realized my tire was getting VERY low on air. I stopped at a gas station, filled it up and went to my meeting. After the meeting, I was happy to see my tire still had air, but had already lost 6psi so I knew I had to get it fixed right away. I called the service center for pricing and to get an appointment. I asked if I could drop off the car as I was worried about the tire going totally flat if I took the car home. The gentleman on the phone offered to take look at it right away. I arrived 5 minutes later and within 10 minutes was out the door with a fixed tire! Thanks so much for the fantastic service!!

    This dealer is dumb because on there site it has a internet price so we gotta request for it but when I did they did not want to tell me their price. Never have any issue on other dealer E price request before. I as is it so hard to just give me the e price so I will know how much but nope it's hard. Do they know what E Price is.     They should get 10 stars but I guess the limit is 5. My just out of College kid needed a new car, the old one she had from high school (Toyota, great car BTW) was on its last legs. As we all know today (Fall 2021) the car market is crazy. Consider it a win, if you can even FIND a car. A car guy friend of mine, told me to call Darrow and talk to Dan Domask. I called and talked to Dan to explain my problem. We discussed what is available / interest rates / our trade-in / and cost on the car. He Somehow found a car for me, IN THIS market. They did Exactly what they said they were going to do! Nothing changed on the deal. It was a straight up, very professional and fair business deal. What they promised is what I got. I got what I consider an incredible deal considering the marketplace today. The closing process with Matt was equally fast and business like. We were in the dealership no more than maybe 1 hr. And got a GREAT interest rate. Based on my feelings of the deal, we drove off like we stole the car, cause thats how happy and good I felt about working with them.     I called Russ Darrow about a car they had listed on their website. Upon arrival for a test drive the car was not in the condition it was listed. The GM was using the vehicle as a demo and didnt even have the courtesy to remove his stuff or the golf clubs from the back. They also added a warranty package to this car so the listing price was actually a few thousand more than the website stated. The website showed less that 100 miles on this and it actually had over 500. Not sure about you but if im paying sticker price for a new car I want it to be new. They would not work with me at all on this and would only remove the warranty if I did financing thru them. I also had stated when I called that I had my own financing all ready to go. I have never been treated so poorly. I would not recommend Russ Darrow Toyota to anyone. You will have a much better experience somewhere else!!!

That said, based on my experience with him, I would recommend him to those who are not car savvy, need help selecting which models and trim packages are the right fit, or are afraid of getting ripped off by a slick-talker. He's the kind of guy I'd want selling a car to my mom if I wasn't there. Finance manager was helpful and professional as well. He did attempt some up-selling on protection packages and warranties, but that is his job, so I can't fault him for that, and he was polite when I declined those options. Know what you need and what your budget is before going into the finance manager's office (no matter what dealership you choose).

    I came in because my car told me I needed maintenance done. I thought it was needing a tire rotation. However I was then informed that I had a nail in my tire.     Had a great experience buying a 2017 Toyota Highlander. Jim was straight forward, professional and just an all around great guy to deal with. At no point did I feel pressure and once I indicated how I wanted to move forward, he got the message and didn't waste my time. I hope my next experience here is this good. Edit: my first oil change/service was a good experience. Fast and professional. They also did my emissions test.

    Making an appointment online was easy. I was just going to get an oil change, but when I got there I asked if they could do my emissions test and check my tire pressure, too, and that was no problem. The service guy I dealt with was easygoing and great. He wore gloves when in my car, which I appreciated. No snarky comments, no upselling, just super professional. Waiting area was comfortable and not too crowded. Everyone seemed to be social distancing without being too weird about it.

    Heather was great! Very friendly and personable. She helped us with all of our questions. Patrick was also very knowledgeable about Subaru’s, since I’ve never owed one. Both were very helpful thru the process. I had to bring vehicle back for some paint touch up, and they let me use one of their vehicles while it was being worked on.     I bought a Lexus GX 460 on 7/15/2021. After two weeks I found out the front right side bumper was damage and they glued(Can be seen in gray) it to the body for temporary fix. I texted them with the detail message along with the picture, not reply. I emailed them using their website and no respond. Today is 9/2/2021 still no one contacted me. Highly disappointed!

    My experience at Russ Darrow Toyota was incredible. Salesman Travis Schubert and Pre-Owned Manager Pat Moschea were very welcoming and informative from the start. We picked the snowiest night of the year to check out a car that had just hit their lot. I decided it was the one for me and Pat offered to have the car delivered to me at my work the next day (an hour away!!!) so I didn’t have to drive my new car home in a blizzard!!! I couldn’t recommend Russ Darrow Toyota enough. They gained a lifelong customer! Thanks guys 😊

    It was great. The service personnel were all masked as well as the people who were waiting for their cars to be finished. I appreciate so much their efforts to contain the spread of the virus. I also didn’t have to wait very long for my car to be done. Great job all around.

    I brought my car in for an oil change and a rattle under the car. I was greeted at the service area and given an estimate. The customer service was outstanding. Very friendly and listened to my concerns. The work was done quickly and I felt very comfortable waiting in the lounge. As I was waiting a sales associate asked me if I needed anything. It was an excellent experience top to bottom. The staff even took the time to walk me to the door to show me where my car was.

    Jesse, my sales rep, was a pleasure to work with. He was nice and friendly. I knew what i was looking for and he didn't try to pressure me into something else. Only downfall was how long it took to process all of the paperwork. Was about 3 hours from the time I got there until I left (including the test drive). I am very happy with the car i have and pleased with the service at Russ Darrow. I will definitely go back in the future as well as recommend them to friends and family.

    We have purchased a few cars now from Russ Darrow. We have been very satisfied . A recent purchase we had Mitch Darrow as our sales rep. He was a very nice enthusiastic young man . He was new to the job and he was not sure of all the answers to our questions however all of the other people working there that evening we are quick to help! I was very impressed with his fellow employees helping out To me that speaks to the atmosphere of the dealership! After the purchase of her vehicle we had a few questions and they were very concerned and helpful .. follow up and communication is great with this dealership I would recommend them.     We had a particular vehicle we were looking for that was in the Russ Darrow system and as this location was closest to us, they transferred the vehicle there for us to look at it. Everyone we worked with was friendly and helpful and not pushy. The process after we decided to buy it took longer than we'd hoped, but I'm not sure there was anything the people at Russ Darrow could have done to make this go faster (it took 2.5hrs from test drive to driving away with the vehicle). The vehicle transfer part is both nice and annoying. When we called they told us it was in "the auto mall." I asked if they could tell us where it was so we could drive to it instead of waiting for it to be transferred, but the person I talked to couldn't give me a location. It took a few hours from my call about it before the dealer had it (with no communication about it in between). In most cases, that isn't a big deal, but we were crunched for time, replacing a failing vehicle mid trip, and needed to drive 550 miles after purchasing the new vehicle. The transfer and purchase time delays thus felt very long and annoying (delaying us by more than 6 hours).

    I walked in and was immediately greeted by a polite woman named Heather. Whom after asking how I was began the process of discovering what I was looking for. Within a few minutes of conversation I was presented with options that fit perfectly into the criteria I had asked for. Heather was able to respond to all of my inquiries with confidence and kindness. As well as explain to me the advantages of services offered uniquely at Russ Darrow. After a rewarding test drive which allowed me to experience the speed and handling of the vehicle over a variety of road conditions I thought I was sold. Then another member of the team Matt introduced himself and won me over again. I was walked through a quick questionnaire to help suggest coverages for my new vehicle. As someone new to the procedure behind financing a vehicle I was glad to have someone as knowledgeable as Matt to assist me. Any questions or concerns I had were answered in full with a smile. I was absolutely spoiled by the kind nature and positivity of Heather and Matt. With 3 complimentary oil changes and a free car wash with any service. I wont be purchasing or servicing a vehicle from another dealership after the wonderful treatment I received. I'm a member for life.     I recently took my truck into your shop for an airbag recall. Because you have spammed me with emails worse than anything I have ever experienced in the past I was reluctant to provide a new email address, but you insisted before I could have service.     The service center is great. Always fast and easy. Was pretty surprised to hear they were open on Christmas Eve though. That’s a day to spend with family. I hope Russ Darrow recognizes the need for employees to have time off over holidays to spend time outside of work and re energize. They are all so hard working and deserve that.

    We worked with Jake V. to purchase my new 2019 Camry. He was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the different trim packages and options. We knew we wanted to purchase a Camry but weren't familiar with the different options, so it was nice to be able to ask a lot of questions and test drive a few different cars with him. The night we picked up my car he showed us how to use many of the features the car has to offer, which saved us a lot of time reading through the owner's manual.     Great place. Staff is friendly and is willing to help any way they can. Our sales repsentiatve, Daniel Martinez was super helpful and kept the communication going.He found an alternative car for sale for us. He made sure we liked it and we could afford it before buying.
