I have had 2 great experiences here and everyone went out of their way to be helpful and provide great service. Dixie is a pleasure to work with when it comes to lending services. I would recommend the bank and this branch to anyone.

The shred day event Horicon Bank sponsored on 9/11/21 was very helpful to myself & the community. Very well organized! I will be opening up an account there soon. Also, it was a special day of remembrance of the events on 9/11/01 with the opportunity to donate to Stars & Stripes Honor Flight.

I love when I visit the West Bend branch the customer service is always amazing, with their friendly smile and knowing my name when I pull up to the drive through entrance. They are always looking out for my interest in my accounts and recommending improvements to help me earn and save money.
