this is the best place to buy a Porsche! Allen and David are the best sales people I have ever encountered. Honest, trustworthy, and they over deliver. I want to thank them for finding me the best 911 Turbo S on the planet. The process was so smooth, i was constantly updated and they even got the car earlier than usual. The entire team is amazing from finance to David. I cant thank them enough for such a smooth process. I love my car but honestly the service and quality of treatment was worth double to me. Purchased a Carrera S that was advertised as an Executive Demonstrator at full widow price back in October 2021 Unbeknownst to me it was driven as a Porsche track experience rental unit in Atlanta! This was not disclosed when purchased and this is considered a fraudulent sale. Rusnak in Pasadena should be held accountable for there actions and let it be known publicly that buyer beware. If you are after a used car think twice about this place. Mark U and his team of sly con artists will paint any picture you want. Regardless of any offer you put forward after the fact. Your lie was HUGE ! $140k plus tax and title all for it to be f__ked by your people and not being up front. Everyone I spoke with at the dealer after I took delivery knew that this car was tracked! As a previous car sales manager myself I would have had you all fired without severance due to the fact the CA DMV would not tolerate such behavior. There is a file headed to the DMV for your behavior.

I had a great experience buying from Rusnak. The salesman, Simon, did a good job answering my questions and gave me space to make a decision. The Pasadena area was uncrowded and perfect for a test drive. Once I went into finance I was also given room and the manager there followed the numbers to the letter and did not up sell me beyond reason. As the sale proceeded there were quite a few people, from a shop mechanic to valets answering my questions and keeping the process seamless. All the employees I met at Rusnak were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Rusnak over other dealerships I've been to. Patient and courteous also comes to mind.

Had heard of Rusnak over the years as a Porsche enthusiast. When I was looking for a Macan I checked their website and saw one I liked. I filed out the form on the site and was contacted by a sales associate. He turned out to be excellent - friendly, knowledgable, quick to respond to followup questions, an all around good person. We did a deal and the car was delivered to me right away with no hiccups. All and all a very pleasant experience.

Customer service is very good here. I ordered a vehicle (personalized) and they still gave me a good discount. Usually personalized vehicles don't get good discounts. The showrooms are nice and high quality. There is even a snack bar while waiting. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Porsche.

STAY AWAY FROM ANY RUSNAK DEALERSHIP. TAKE IT FROM ME: IF THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT ME, THEY WILL NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. It is exceptional to spend $100,000+ on an Porsche and find a dealership that could not care less about its customer, particularly one who has spent his life building relationships in the Los Angeles area and whose family has developed a reputation for honesty and integrity. Further, the Auto Manufacturers spend millions and even billions cultivating a promise of quality customer service and craftsmanship when buying a premium car. Yet at Rusnak, Pasadena, the management team (especially Porsche Sales and Service Team--but extending to the owners themselves) seem to have made so much money that their past success and wealth now insulates them from having to concern themselves with the needs of their (no longer) valued customers. Wow! I have bought many cars from other premium dealerships with no problems: Porsche/Audi/Mercedes dealerships (Hoehn (Carlsbad)/Keyes (SF Valley) / Zumbach (NYC); Tesla (online--what a joy to work with them); Ford (San Gabriel//Bob Wondries). Further, I owned a business automotive related enterprise that catered to dealerships, therefore teaching me how QUALITY DEALERSHIPS value their Customers, CSI indices, and overall reputation in the community. I HAVE NEVER HAD AN EXPERIENCE SO NEGATIVE AS I HAD AT RUSNAK PORSCHE. NEVER. OK: WHY, DID I EVER GO TO RUSNAK? Honestly, I decided to buy from Rusnak because it is near my home and a wonderful young man was starting his career selling cars there. So I moved my business from other dealerships, also thinking that the Rusnak family are neighbors and care about our community and its People. WHAT A MISTAKE! Once I wrote a large check, signed paperwork and was out the door, I NO LONGER EXISTED TO RUSNAK. The Rusnak F&I department never lifted a finger to help me complete necessary paperwork to pay my loan (I could not get an account number for Porsche financial), therefore creating problems with Porsche Financial. Then, after PORSCHE PROVIDED THE WRONG MAILING ADDRESS TO ME, I found out six months later that every month, my checks were going to the wrong address, and that no one from Porche was telling me. Ding after ding on my credit report. I only found out when going to my banker, who asked me what was happening to my credit report??? When I figured out the problem, including that it was Porsche financial's and Rusnak's error, THEY REFUSED TO HELP ME. A simple letter to the credit agency would have sufficed; however, RUSNAK refused to help. Further, the problem is "top down." Each time I tried to elevate the problem to a higher level, the response got WORSE. Again, apparently the dealership and owners has made so much money that they no longer care about their customers (Indeed, since my dismal experience, I have heard time and again from people I know in the area that Rusnak believes we are 'privileged' to buy from them). You will see Rusnak throughout Los Angeles County. They are in Pasadena, west Los Angeles, throughout our region. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM. They do not care about their customers, and from my experience it comes from the top of the organization. Go with others mentioned in this review. That's what I intend to do--and to tell anyone with ears to hear, dollars to spend, and need for a luxury car of any kind.

Got my very first Porsche with the help of Ivan Nikolof! He is a genuine and very knowledgeable individual from the moment we step foot into the dealership. Since it was my first Porsche, Ivan took his time to educate me about the car even when it was very late in the evening. He was very responsive and caring throughout the process. He even followed up after I drove the car off the lot to make sure everything is good. His customer service is definitely top notch and I highly recommend Ivan If you are in the market for a Porsche!

Ken Tran is the best sales person ever and I would recommend him to anyone! I saw my car late Thursday night and Ken responded to my email within five minutes (it was 11pm). Anyone who will respond out of stands bankers hours has my business! I schedule a test drive for Friday am and was out the door within two hours! There was no downtime we learned about the car when the paperwork was being drawn up. Honestly the entire process was so relaxing I felt like I was at a spa! Ken is respectful of your time and knows the ins and outs of all the cars! He can answer any questions you might have and is very detailed. He should be promoted to manager! What a great experience! I am also in sales so I set the bar high! Everyone at this dealership was great! A true pleasure!

I have been a Rusnak Mercedes and Porsche customer since the 80's. They have been okay in most areas but the sales and service department were not impressive. That's why I have been purchasing my vehicles from other dealerships in Orange County. Last year before Thanksgiving I started working with Simon on my new car order, who was more than accommodating, giving my wife and I the most personal services. All Rusnak Porsche staff were so attentive and respectful. The drop-off area is clearly defined and attended to with staff who greet you as you pull up. The indoor waiting area has comfortable seating and a front row view of the shop. Complimentary cold drinks are available. I had a great time driving a new Cayenne SUV courtesy vehicle while my car was being serviced. Once my vehicle was on the lift and inspected by a service technician I was provided a link to a video of the multi point inspection using the mykaarma app. The video quality was excellent. For critical items that needed attention I was provided a detailed explanation including a repair estimate and the ability to accept or decline using the app. The service was all around top notch!

Jason Ka has been an exceptional sales agent from the moment he first answered our phone call. His knowledge of the Porsche brand is more than impressive followed by his extreme professionalism. We purchased our vehicle remotely and Jason Ka facilitated and handled every detail from finding and locating a vehicle for us right through to shipping it to us in Maui, Hawaii. Came here to look for a car to replace one totaled by a bad driver that rear ended me and ended up damaging 5 vehicles. I made an appointment with Alex Manzari to look at a Cayenne, Alex was extremely helpful both on the phone and while we were at the dealership. He showed us what vehicles he had available, which at the moment is extremely limited. We found the car we liked and Alex was then extremely helpful in working with us to get the terms we wanted, so much so that we ended up leaving with that vehicle. The entire experience at Rusnak was the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had, also one the quickest purchase ever because they were so friendly and accommodating. While we were completing the paperwork the vehicle was washed and cleaned, and filled with gasoline. Alex then took the time to introduce me to a service consultant and show me the service department, before giving me a detailed lesson on all of the features and amenities in my new Porsche. I highly recommend the dealership, and especially Alex!

UPDATE- They shipped me a car with Car play malfunction and a busted transfer case. They don’t respond to any calls whatsoever. My wife and I recently purchased a porsche macan s from rusnak motors. The buying experience was very relaxed with no pressure put on us. I have purchased three vehicle prior to this one and I can say that this time the whole thing was a LOT less stressful. Our salesperson, Match, is very knowledgeable about the cars and addressed all of our questions in a concise fashion. He is also empathetic. We felt as though he was as excited for us as WE were. Our car took 4 months to arrive from the factory and Match kept us up to date each step of the way, and always responded to my texts when I had questions. When the day came to pick up our new car, Match was genuinely happy for us and of course took the time to go over many of the features in the cabin of our new car. We felt a little sad when we shook hands and drove away. But who knows, perhaps another car will be in the design for us and we'll certainly return to Rusnak Porsche and the sales person who guided us!

Luis is the best service advisor ever. Getting my car after service used to take about an hour. With Luis, my car was ready and I was out in 15 minutes. He also remembers everything. I asked him about things on the car and he remembered everything. Very sharp.

In all honesty, my husband and I had a pretty good experience when we had our 2021 Porsche Macan 2 weeks ago with Alex Manzari who assisted us all along. He is very helpful. The only issue I had was they made us pay an additional $250 when they delivered the car to our house. Prior to us going to Rusnak Pasadena we browsed their website and it was indicated there that the unit can be delivered right to our doorstep. Even the guy who delivered it was surprised why we are paying for the delivery fee. My husband will be buying a Cayman next month but I think he will go with a different dealership.

Our sales advisor, Simon Tran, who is able to speak English and Cantonese, was very patient with all of my questions and I never felt like I was being pressured to buy a car. I very much like the car I bought and Mr Tran helped me figure out what features mattered to me and which I could live without. After I took my car home I had some more questions and Mr Tran took my call at home on his day off.

Everyone at Rusnak are friendly and courteous. Service is alway an A+. Only complaint is the last two times I have had my car serviced when I picked it up it looked like it was extremely dirty. Not sure where they park the cars outside but I had the car detailed two days prior to service and picked it up covered in dirt and spots. Did the sprinklers spray the car? Wish they would at least wash the car before I picked it up...I know a lot of dealerships that do that.
