Where to start. There were some positives: professional service, good sms text system. Many many more negatives: 1) I wasn't given a quote with transparency compared to billing. 2) Had my car held up 4 business days for a standard service 3) Extravagant repair prices 4) Left grease smudges on my leather 5) Didn't even offer a complimentary cleaning with my service 6) was not given any diagnostics on my car from quality of brake pads or thread on tires etc. My worst experience in servicing any car in my adult life and far from the quality of service I would expect from Jaguar. I brought my car to service at Jaguar knowing it would be more expensive than third-party, but I wanted good convenient, upscale first party service and I received none of that.

Eden Esparza, Service Consultant, offers excellent customer service. She is knowledgeable and pleasant and always responds to calls/emails. Waiting area was clean and I was able to comfortable do some work (and watch a movie) with the WIFI access. Only reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is because my wait time for basic service was 4 hours long.

Eden was super nice and helpful. Always kept me informed and asked me a lot of questions to find out the problem. It got resolved very quickly. It’s been 2 days now and it drives like brand new,. Hope it will continue this way. 🙏 Thank you

The reason I drive farther from me to Rusnak for service is the quality of the associates in the Service Department. They are friendly, knowledgeable and they don’t charge me for things I don’t need. My family has been using Rusnak since 1978. That I still use them to service my vehicles is a testament to their quality.

Always very professional, knowledgeable, polite, friendly, concerned and helpful. Very pleasant and comfortable to work with. Eden makes the whole process easy and is a true pleasure to work with. She is one if the best Service Advisors we have ever worked with.

Believe the hype about Eden! She is probably the most professional, customer service oriented individual I’ve had the pleasure of working with when it comes to getting cars serviced. I’ve been taking my car to Rusnak Pasadena for a few years now. My experience with Eden and the Rusnak Jaguar service department has always been excellent. Eden is always quick to respond, professional, follows through and has always gone out of her way to help. If you’re looking for a service advisor that you can trust, depend on, and knows her stuff, ask for Eden.

Rusnak/Pasadena Jaguar is the ONLY place I would have my Jaguar serviced. Eden Esparza is the BEST and always takes care of everything with a genuine friendly attitude and a smile.

The sales person was very friendly and focused. Even though it was close to closing time he took the time to show me the products and explain the functionality of each item. I really appreciate his service.
