My experience was great, I went in just to look I already had my mind set on a Tesla. I walked out with an F-type I wasn’t planning on this but sometimes things happen for a reason. The staff was great , no pressure from them they just tell you about the car. I will buy again soon!

Michael T is a great sales associate. He is knowledgeable about the Jaguars he sells. He is exceedingly Polite and considerate. I would recommend him and the agency.

From the minute I walked into the dealership It was a great experience! Michael was wonderful to work with he really explained all of the features and details and was such a pleasure to work with ~ best auto salesmen I have ever worked with ~ no pressure just kind and helpful. Brian the Service Manager was as personable, professional and helpful as any customer could hope to encounter. And he dresses as if he were attending the Kentucky Derby. Armando was also a real plus as he explained the situation with photos and a thorough breakdown of my engine leak and what it might mean . After some confusion ordering parts, they rushed to finish work for me so they definitely made the effort and cared about my customer satisfaction. On a 2012 xf I was able to do some stuff with other mechanics yet for certain things it was just simpler to go to them, the workers are friendly, and the manager was super helpful

I have taken my car here for service a few times and I have to say that their customer service is excellent. Eden has taken care of me with the exception of this past visit in which Sandra helped me. Went there to have rework done from Cerritos Jaguar. They did not do the proper updates causing issues with my car. I walked in recently to the Rusnak dealer as I was doing a bit of window shopping. There was a gorgeous Jaguar F-Space British Racing Green in the lot. After admiring the the vehicle Dominic - Sales Consultant approached us to see if we needed any help. First off, Pasadena Rusnak dealer did practice covid safety and everyone were wearing masks. From start to finish everyone was very friendly and made us feel very welcomed. The overall experience was extremely welcomed and later drove off with the Jaguar F-Space. Kudos to Dominic and Johanna for the excellent customer service during the purchase. I would definitely be a future customer of Rusnak in Pasadena. Thank you!!

I have a new Jaguar XF (less than a year old) and a service required light has been illuminated. Contacted Pasadena Jaguar to schedule a service. The day before the appointment the coolant light also comes on, which is perfect timing since I have the service appointment. At the appointment was told that since the mileage is under 16,000 (it was just past 10,000) they don't need to do any service to the vehicle but will add coolant since that came on. The "service required" message still shows up every time I start the car and I am told that I should "wait until the service is completed". Service manager Eden Esparza has been unhelpful in resolving this matter in a manner that would befit the Jaguar brand. As a luxury vehicle I expect more out of its performance and personnel - including gadgets that properly announce maintenance or service when said components scream for them. I've never had this situation happen with BMW or Mercedes service. So, let's get some service scheduled. Because it seems wild that anyone should have this message showing up for another 6-8 months in a car that is at most 7 months old. I called at 1pm today (4/28) and was told I could expect a reply since they were behind - that did not happen. --- Called back April 30 2020 at 9:38am and finally connected with the service department. After a few minutes rehashing the above facts - service should occur this afternoon between 1pm-5pm when someone will take my car in. It seems that the appointment window is rather tentative (like an ISP company) - so I'll update once complete. Apparently the computer can be reset and I'll just need to remember to get my car serviced in Sept or 16K since the car now won't tell me. I'm going on a limb but it's still the dealers responsibility to contact me at a year for service so I don't see the issue. Service rep I spoke to was Eden - and very not impressed with her interpersonal customer service skills.

I bought a used BMW a few months ago. They were not upfront with issues the car had such as the break pads being extremely warn. They told us that buying from them was the same as buying from BMW which was not true. Buying a used vehicle from them voids my entire service warranty. My gas tank did not open and I had to get that repaired as well. After the paperwork was signed, my family member went to pick up the car the next day where they only gave him one key and told him they only had one hey to give. I now have to spend another $400 buying a spare.

Especially grateful for the assistance of Eden and the entire service department. They went above and beyond for service while keeping me posted of all processes along the way. If when calling for status updates, there was no time period of awaiting a response. Always responded within 15 to 20 minutes. Also picking up my vehicle with a full car detail is awesome as well! I highly recommend them! Thanks Rusnak!!

Excellent service from Armando in service! Coolant light came on and I called and he personally took care of me and even washed and cleaned my car. Armando went above and beyond for the service of my car! Would highly recommend 👏👏👏 A+++

I think Rusnak has some problems with detail. I would bring my car in 3x to fix a problem with it not charging if you locked the car. Had to take videos to prove, I would always get my car back not fixed and not cleaned. Finally I found Eden she was so helpful and understanding of my problem and fixed it as well as a problem with the windshield. Eden does her job over the top. Kyle was also very helpful and happy to see me. People should be recognized for doing a good job. I can’t give Rusnak itself 5 stars but I would give her 5 stars

Sandra was my service representative and she was truly amazing. Amazing might even be an understatement. I was scheduled for a late morning appointment and needed my car back within a few hours as I had errands to run. It would have been impossible because my car had a long list of stuff to complete. She was able to move my appointment to an earlier time in the morning and complete all of my car’s repair tasks by the time I needed the car back. I also had a few additional requests that she took care of me with the most sweetest of attitudes. She also followed up with me regularly throughout the day even when she was at her lunch break to make sure I will be getting my car back on time. Sandra is what every person in the customer service industry should be like.

Service was solid. F/U great while car was in service. Had an issue with my hatch and they sent my car to the body to be fixed (no cost). Eden was great. My only note is that the car was not really cleaned and it seemed like the air filter should have been replaced.

Great customer service, always keeping me well informed of the status of my vehicles. They always make me feel important and always putting customers first. I really appreciate the hard work from my service advisor to their techs. Great job guys, keep it up!
