Kara and the staff at Rudy Title on Shelby have been absolutely wonderful in answering questions, assisting with needs, and making closings as smooth and efficient as possible!

I had not used Rudy Title before, but went with my lenders high recommendation. The people in the office were very welcoming. And the lawyer that helped me explained everything very well. I will use them again and suggest to others.

This review is probably long overdue, but better late than never... In my experience, Rudy Title & Escrow is the perfect business. I have now been through four real estate purchases with them, and they have been nothing but helpful, professional, patient, communicative, and an absolute pleasure. When I have called with random questions, even when I'm not in the process of working with them at the time, I've received helpful, detailed answers, and when I have had problems during transactions they have always worked to either make things right or help me understand where my expectations needed to be adjusted and why. I wish every company I had to deal with handled things the way Rudy Title does - they will be my go-to for anything title related & anything else I come across that lines up with their services!

Very unimpressed with this organization on many levels. Number one, it took multiple attempts to make sure that all paperwork was received by Ruby Title prior to closing. Even after the paperwork was properly packaged and emailed the staff reached out to my agent ( who was cc’d on the paperwork emails )for the paperwork stating that I didn’t send it. Number two, it took multiple attempts to get the wiring and routing information confirmed so we could receive payment for the sale of our house. Number three, we had a contract signed for the sale of items in our house and instead of wiring the funds like the sale of our house, they sent it snail mail with no tracking information and now I’m out thousands of dollars and they will not respond to any of my calls. Completely unprofessional, blatant lies and amateur hour while dealing with Melissa!!!

What can I say about Rudy title and escrow well I've used them for the past 15 years and they are my go-to place for quick efficient and cost-effective closings on properties and real estate. I really love the fact that they still give you a nice bottle of wine for your business as you enter the establishment that they'll ask you red white put your preference.

The real estate market has never been busier, yet Stephanie, Briana, and Margaret worked together to ensure that everything was ready when we closed on our home, despite the pressure and a few unanticipated issues. They were responsive, professional and worked with each other well. There were 56 closings the day we bought our new home, yet they made us feel that we were their only clients. High respect for Rudy and the Rudy Title & Escrow team.

Today was my 3rd closing with Rudy Title and I am very pleased with the atmosphere and service. I have dealt with Patty who has helped prepare all of the documents and do the title research before the closings. She has been super responsive in getting back to me as well as getting with my bank in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a solid company to do business with. I closed on my first house with Rudy, it wasn’t until my second, bad closing experience with another title company that I realized how great Rudy was. They were fast, efficient, had everything ready to go, and gave me my closing docs in. Cute little pen drive. Highly recommended.
