Austin and his team were super responsive throughout the whole process, and the work they did to proactively reach out to the sellers on our behalf was probably one of the reasons our offer was accepted in a multi-offer situation. They may not be the cheapest way to get a mortgage, but the price was competitive and the value we got for the money was worth it to us (we were able to text Austin personally through the whole process instead of dealing with an 800-number call center). We had a little delay at closing due to some missing paperwork, which I think was an oversight on the part of the underwriters, but Austin's team stayed on top of it and resolved it in a couple hours.
