Royal Credit Union - Eau Claire South Royal Dr, Eau Claire

I bought a car from someone who paid off their loan at RCU. RCU was supposed to mail me a new title right away. After 4 attempts of contacting them to see where it was, they finally sent in the order to print it. Multiple people, multiple times said they would get it taken care of and did nothing at all. It's hard to believe an institution like this credit union could be so careless and thoughtless with someones time and property. If you care about actual customer service and results instead of a big name and smile, go anywhere else. This was a company vehicle, so it has costed me thousands in wasted time and down an extra vehicle.

Have had an increasingly frustrating experience going through RCU for our home mortgage. I now realize it was a huge mistake and wish we had gone elsewhere. Would not recommend to anyone. You can get just as good of rates at other establishments with less of the headaches.

Was lied to when I was told I would be emailed information about refinancing something. No correspondence from said rcu employee 5 days after said action. Seems to have made false offers to secure my financing. Will not finance through rcu again

FANTASTIC employees. They go above and beyond the call of duty to help you. I am in a power wheelchair or walker. I used to have to struggle to get into the bank. Then one day to my surprise, they installed a electric door for the handicapped !!! Talk about service. I know I had something to do with it. THANK YOU ROYAL CREDIT UNION - EAU CLAIRE SOUTH !!

I got my home mortgage through RCU, specifically working with Jeffrey Sproul. He made the process super easy, was prompt throughout the process, and always pleasant to work with. All of the staff I have encountered at this location have always been professional and great with customer service. I look forward to continuing to be an RCU customer.

Great customer service and the best RCU location in Eau Claire. The location always has someone welcoming you when come in the door and get you the information in a timely manner. The drive-thru lanes move smoothly and quickly as well.

Any of the RCU branches in Eau Claire are worth visiting if you're looking for somewhere new to bank- the staff are very friendly and helpful, and their personal checking and savings accounts are free of all of those hidden fees you run into banking at places like Associated Bank and Wells Fargo. Not only that, but Royal Credit Union used to be called Uniroyal Credit Union, as it was the credit union for the employees of the Uniroyal factory (now Banbury Place) - that alone speaks for how deeply rooted in the community they are.

It's been a long time since I've been here. So the teller asked me what they can do. I told her my problem I had with them. She completely denied it ,and then gave me a dirty look as I said thank you have a nice day. Terrible customer service, and their employees are more clueless than a minimum wage worker when dealing with upset customers.

RCU has been so wonderful. I have been a member since I was 4 years old and will continue to be! Wonderful to work with on all accounts!
