This place is fantastic! I love it!! I found so many things here!! The staff if helpful & friendly. They have so much selection, something for everyone. They even have a layaway program which is really nice! I will definitely keep going back!! This has become one of my favorite places.

Bought a $400.00 mex fender with hot rail pickups and a humbucker. Toggle switch was junk and the 2 front pickups were fried. I asked the guy if everything worked good and he said yes 🤔 that was not true. I don't think anyone went through this guitar. I took it back 3 hours later and got my money back. Customer service is good, but I don't think they really wanted the guitar back. I can't believe they bought it like that either 😲

they are the best at what they do and they have some very nice products and this is literally the only pawn shop ill ever got to for anything and dave love him to pieces thanks so much for such great customer service over the years. also thank you mike, mark, brady, bryce and everyone else i met glad to have met you all.

Nice place when you walk in to the main room. Great guitar selection, nice now and gin counter, friendly staff...the front room before the main entrance makes it look a bit dumpier from the outside, I thought I was walking in to a crappy old pawn shop...but the main room is quite nice.

On my first time visiting this store, I was met with one of the best shopping experiences in years. The store is noticeably clean and well organized. The staff greeted me and were very attentive to what I was looking for; all with having a fantastic, welcoming attitude. They even went as far as giving me an unprompted price reduction! WHAT?!?! I will be back and you should too! This place is great.

Just had a very positive experience at the shop. I bought a gold lovebirds ring for a great price, then had to turn around and buy its mate. It was a fun experience, and it was obvious that the other customers really liked the sales people, and were regulars. I’ll be back.

Don't bring your gold here! I was lied to, Allison told us the current market price for 18k gold was about $20 a gram so I sold my items for that amount. When I returned home I asked Google and the true amount was over $43!!! I immediately contacted the store and tried to either return the money and get my items back or renegotiate the amount I was paid. They owe me over $250 and REFUSED TO DO ANYTHING TO MAKE IT RIGHT!! I'm currently filling a claim in small claims court.

This morning I am super upset I have always shopped at this location I have never had a problem! Until this last week when me and my husband had to return several audio equipment that we were sold that never worked!.. then I found a really awesome Xbox that I purchased Saturday evening! I set it up to play it Sunday The system turned on however does not read discs! I contacted Dave this morning with my concern because I notice he had the same exact system on the shelf he tried to tell me I had to pay an extra $150 after he just sold me a broken system! I was very polite this morning when talking to him letting him know that I had the receipt considering we love going there to check for deals well this morning I think I will not be shopping there anymore after today! Which is super unfortunate because we planned on Purchasing throughout the holidays!! This morning when I expressed my concerns to Dave he was very unprofessional! He began to project his voice at me in a very disrespectful manner. We were guaranteed that the system had absolutely nothing wrong with it! Now I have to explain to my 15-year-old disabled son why I have to run and return it because they are not willing to give us some of the money back so that we can repair the disk Drive or give us an even swap!!.. on the system they already have! Super unfortunate circumstance but I believe they just lost two customers today.

Love this place! I can't remember her name specifically, but on my receipt it's displayed as "AAR" and she is absolutely fantastic! LOVED working with her with my items... The staff is 100% genuine, honest, & considerate, very professional and friendly. Hands down my first choice for Pawn/Loan business in the Chippewa Valley. 💯💯💯 👍👍👍👍👍

A misunderstanding..led to insults..which justified their clear conscious. If being 4 days late..two days after Christmas..is enough reason to terminate the agreement...keep it..my life is changing. It was a nasty thing to do..nothing more.
