They do not respond to emails, and when I went in and spoke with an employee directly they said they would take anything related to video games including sports titles and said they would pay half of ebay sold listings. The next day I brought in hundreds of games, and they only wanted the good games and refused to take the sports titles. There is no point to sell video games here. Sell the good stuff online and throw away the cheap stuff and you will make more. Alternatively go up the hill less than a minute and do business with National Pawn. Nation is way friendlier and much more fair with pricing. On a side note the store is very cluttered and dirty, and prices are very high.

Poor customer service skills. Rude and don't care about anybody but the money they make in thier junk they can't even organize the shelves they have and still taking in junk. NEVER shop here if you have the choice. Go to Nation Pawn Co at top of hill they are amazing people and will do everything to help with what they can and all about deals and making people happy.

Went to sell a tablet and they didn’t want it because they were closing soon. If you don’t want to do business during business hours why even bother opening.

I was told to bring an stern drive. And that they take it. I came from almost 30 mins away. They looked at it and said no he didnt take them. If you say you will buy something stand up to what you say.

Stopped in there today to see what they could give me for my Abu Garcia Revo Rocket Baitcaster on a AG Vengence pole. The reel is $300+ brand new it's 3 months old, the pole I got on sale for $50. He tells me he can do $65 for both the reels are selling for around a $100 and the pole is exactly what I payed. I told him BS, I asked him of he's going off an open auction, he says no that was the final paying price. I'm like $65 that's it he says anymore it wouldn't leave room for profit. Clearly I didn't take that slap in the face. I go homebcheck eBay again like I did before I went in, 20 or so results pop up, there's 1 reel $102.50 and undernearth the price is a button that says place a bid. Yeah open auction last bid $102.50 and 6 days left for the auction. Now it's bad enough that times a rough and money's a little tight, that doesn't mean you take advantage of one's unfortunate situation and bank off it, 2nd that's poor customer service by lying about what you're offering as a loan, a loan. You're not buying it from me, you're loaning me some money and I'm giving you collateral.

I was in the area and needed some good equipment for my audio business. I went in and the pawn man Jesse was really awsome. He spent some time to find what I needed ( an amp) and made sure it all worked. Thanks again Jesse!

My son was looking for a specific gaming system and the employee was very helpful and talked to him about all the options. They also gave us a good price for the games we brought in.
