Went in expecting the same old song and dance for a car dealership and was very happily met with a different experience. From the get go Karna was amazing and understanding even when I was difficult. We ended up coming with a great deal between him the manager and the gm. I had a question about my new purchase and they even took a second look at it for me. All around best dealership I've been to with some of the best people.

If you go here, ask for Sandy! She is helpful, insightful and patient. She focused in on our needs and wants, prioritized that over any sale. She is fixed on your happiness. She doesn’t want to sell you any car, she wants you to have the car that you need for your life and it’s adventures. Very knowledgeable of what’s on the lot and what each vehicle has to offer you. It made what is usually a stressful process, easier and makes me look forward to our next experience for a new car for our family, with Sandy in the future.

Wonderful dealership, Karna and his manager both helped me find the perfect car! They were very accommodating and professional the entire time. Also Mo was incredibly helpful setting up my loan to get the best protections and rates. Nissan Rosen didn't really stand out at first to me, but from my experience it stands above other dealerships through service and more.

My experience at Rosen Nissan Madison was as easy as a car buying experience can be. The car I was interested in was had just arrived on the lot and could not be driven so another comparable car was set up for me to test drive. Since my interest was still peaked after the test drive, I was allowed to put money down on the car to hold it until the next day so my partner could test drive the vehicle with me and I could get his input. Even though my salesperson was fairly new on the job, he did an excellent job of educating me about the features of the car. The only downside was the long wait to discuss matters with the finance person; he was super busy. However, he did get me a low interest rate and called around to different places to get me the best deal.

Thank you SO much to Alex and all the staff at Rosen for making my purchase experience (with two toddlers in tow) as easy, fast, and simple as possible after a very difficult couple months of car issues. The whole staff helped entertained my girls. They weren’t even mad when one of my daughters stole a chick-fil-a sandwich from the staff area…I mean she is my daughter. Even the financing part was easy and painless and could have been a lot harder but they worked hard to get me the best deal and rate. The best feeling, this Momma doesn’t have to compromise anymore, I got exactly what I wanted!!! HIGHLY recommend.

The service staff at Rosen Nissan were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my experience with them. A special shout out to Audrey who was the point person for my experience. I was hearing a weird sound with my car, but before I could get back to ride along with a technician and point it out, I was hospitalized and had to undergo surgery. Audrey and everyone at the service center were so understanding and helpful and ultimately comped a diagnostic fee and rental car fee with the promise that I come back when I’m feeling better. Above and beyond service.

We were looking to get into a Nissan Leaf but there was hardly any in stock in Madison. We were contacted right away after requesting info online. We scheduled a test drive, expecting only to wait until a Leaf base model was available, but then Bradley and Kevin were able to help us get an amazing Leaf SV Plus within our budget. We had a personalized tour of the vehicle, going over every single function as well as tips for new EV owners. They really know their stuff! They seemed so genuine and I feel totally secure knowing I can call them with any questions or issues that come up in the future.

Great experience working with Bradley. The car we came to see was sold earlier that day but that didn't stop us. Bradley had a similar model ready to go when we got there. He was patient answering all of our questions and made it a relaxing process for something that can be stressful. When we said no to one thing, rather then pushing, he clarifed our answer and we moved on the the next until we found what we wanted. I had recall work done, the parts were not ordered so work was not done on the scheduled day, causing me many problems. Additionally, I was asked to pay for a wheel alignment that was included as part of my recall work and communication was very poor at all steps. In fact, when attempting to schedule the first time I was not given the service department but instead reached out to by sales trying to sell me a new car instead.

Alex was great! I’m a nervous wreck all the time and he was great to work with. I was skeptical about having someone younger help me but he had a great, patient personality. This is my first Nissan and I think I’m hooked for life!

The car I bought from them was good and I like it but I have has the car for a week and have had 2 issues already. The most recent was a ture they had on my vehicle was obviously fixed and the plug came out and became flat. That wouldn't have been so bad if the car had any of the tools in it to chang a tire which it didn't. Also they told me I have road side service with the warranty I bough but obviously that dosent work when you need it like Sunday night cause no one answered the phone to help. This has been nothing but a hassle so far. I will change this if they make this right but until then this will stand.

I recently purchased a vehicle at Rosen. When I took my vehicle in for its first oil change and tire rotation I was prompted that I needed tires by fall. What?? I just bought the vehicle. I was told by my salesman that I had “the best” tires on and Rosen makes sure what’s rolling off the lot is in optimum condition. I haven’t put any significant mileage for that kind of tire wear. Is Rosen putting old tires on. This week I had to have mobile paint fix my trunk. The work was average at best, looks like he used a red marker. I wish I hadn’t purchased the vehicle. It took an additional day because communication was awful. I should have listened and purchased my vehicle where I had previously.

My family has bought 2 cars from Nissan Rosen. This last vehicle I purchased, a Crimson Nissan Rogue, was reported to the DMV as a green station wagon by Nissan Rosen. When I got my registration, I noticed the issue. I called Kevin, my sales person and told him about it. He said it would be fixed. Kevin is a very nice person. I do not hold anything against him. He directed it to the proper dept to get changed. Needless to say, I ended up calling 4-5 times...was told someone had quit but they would see to it that it would be changed. Nothing changed, so it will be left as a green station wagon. DMV said only the dealership can change that. So 1.5 years later, I am trading my Rogue in for another vehicle. I had bought the extended warranty on this vehicle as I put on a lot of miles going between Madison and Illinois. I had put on 55,000 miles from July 2020 to Dec 2021. I paid just under $3500 for this extended warranty. I was getting a hybrid(different dealership) and had the paperwork filled out to give to Nissan Rosen for the refund of extended warranty. I brought the paperwork in Jan of 2022 for the refund. They told me it would be up to 8 weeks for a refund. I contacted them at end of Feb to find out status and they said it was never turned in as that person in charge, had quit. So it sat for almost 6 weeks in a pile of papers and no one chose to look at this. So after many, many phone calls to Finance dept, I finally got my check today. I got less than 1/2 , so about $1490 or so. I feel I should have gotten more back of the $3500. They wrote me a check themselves after waiting for this money for 3 months. They are waiting for the warranty company(Milwaukee) to reimburse them. I wonder if that amount will be higher then what Nissan Rosen gave me back. I guess I will never know. They lost a repeat customer.

I reached out to Nissan inquiring about a vehicle and with in Hours Kevin sent me a video of the car. The next day we stopped in and Kevin assisted us. He anwsered all my questions and made sure I left happy with my car the same day. Him and Mo worked with finacing to make sure my payment was affordable. A few questions have come up since the purchase and Kevin has responded quickly. Kevin, Mo, Sunny and Darren have been amazing during this expericance. I purchased a service plan at the time I bought my vehicle. When it came time to have the first oil change, we found out that the service plan which could be used "at any Nissan dealership in the country" was inaccurate as the dealerships in Minnesota declined service. The financing area dragged their feet for a few months when I requested a refund. However, the situation improved when I contacted Justin who immediately took ownership of the situation. My refund was paid in full.

Kevin z was very good at listening to what my wife wanted in a vehicle and showing her several different suvs with the options tgat were important to her. Fortunately the day we showed up there was one traded in that worked perfectly for her.

I had given up on buying an electric vehicle from one of the national online retailers after multiple delays to my delivery. When I called Rosen, they had a gently used vehicle that met my needs that was just being inspected before being offered for sale. They let me take an exteneeed test drive and closed the sale less than 48 hours from when I first called them. The sales staff were extremely helpful, and one salesman has even continued to give me advice as I adjust to driving an all-electric vehicle.

Rosen Nissan is the best place in town to go if your credit is less than perfect. Due to medical bills, my credit is in the trash, but Sandy Pertzborn and Mo were very kind, very VERY patient, and truly went the extra mile to make sure I left with a vehicle I could rely on until I have the credit to buy a newer one. I wasn't the easiest customer to deal with due to my situation, but Sandy and Mo stuck with me and because of that, I'm a happy customer and will come back again when I'm ready to purchase the vehicle of my dreams (if they'll have me!) :)

I had oil change and tire rotation service at Rosen Nissan of Madison. My car's left two tires had low pressure as can be seen in the photo. After service, left and right tires pressure were exactly same as before which means they didn't check air pressure and DID NOT perform a tire rotation at all. If I do not want to call this as cheating and fooling customers for their trust, then at least they have EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE DEPARTMENT.

After visiting many other dealerships and seeing other vehicles, I must say working with Chad and Mo made my first car buying experience go very smoothly. Other dealerships were selling cars out from under me after giving me personalized quotes, but Chad definitely took the time show me every detail of the vehicle upfront and stuck to his word to get me the best deal possible. Safe to say I am happy with my purchase!

It was a great experience and everyone who helped me was fantastic. One exception: it is clear by the interaction that Nissan corporate forces your employees to grovel for perfect 10s under threat of repercussion. This is unconscionable and Nissan should feel embarrassed about reducing their hard-working employees’ service to a score on a badly-designed survey. Not all human interaction needs to be ranked.

I was in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Audrey checked me in and was very pleasant . After the car was done she explained everything completey. We've done business with Rosen for our last few cars and have never been disappointed!

Brought in my 2014 Rogue for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation, and received excellent service, as always. David Campi was my Customer Service Specialist and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. He identified that I was a little late on my 60,000 maintenance, but was not at all pushy about this, which I appreciate. They even washed my car, which was long overdue. I felt comfortable waiting in their waiting room despite the global pandemic. All employees were masked and respectful of what it takes to get out of a pandemic. I even enjoyed some witty banter from the parts department while waiting. It was truly entertaining. Its enjoyable to listen to people who like their jobs and have fun doing them.

This is my 5th Nissan purchase and 3rd Rogue with Rosen. Alex is the absolute best and knows his stuff. He and the team went above and beyond for me. I am extremely satisfied with the experience. I have said this before and I’ll say it again…I’ll be back! I love my ride!

When I found myself in need of a new vehicle I was referred to Rosen Nissan to see Sandy Pertzborn. After many test drives, and not quite able to find what I needed, she never quit. It was odd that only one person could make an appointment, and I had to leave a voice mail and receive a call back later. However, it didn’t take long for the callback, and I got an appointment within a few days. Drop off was quick, and my car was ready from the oil change fast (less than 90 minutes later). I appreciated the complementary car wash as well. However, I lost trust in the vehicle health report because of the tire pressure... the door sticker says 33 PSI. The report says the tires were filled to 35 PSI. They are actually at 31/32/30/30 PSI. It appears that the tech did not seek the appropriate pressure, and did not actually fill the tires. That is one item I can actually verify myself, so how can I trust any other item on the report? I will make sure this is known when I drop off my car next time to ensure there is a quality assurance check so I can gain trust in the report. This was my first service appointment for my Altima, and my first service with a Nissan dealership, so I hope it was just a one time mistake. ———— I received two calls from Rosen since my review to apologize for my experience and an offer to make it right. I appreciate their gesture and look forward to building trust with Rosen. I haven’t changed my 3 star review based on my experience because it wasn’t right the first time.

Tony and managers really went above and beyond to make my car buying experience a great one. I first came in on a Saturday, so there was a lot of waiting involved, but faster during the week. I took my newly purchased vehicle for an inspection and after finding a couple of issues, staff was very easy to work with, gave me a loaner car, and fixed everything at no charge. They definitely care about customer satisfaction and I would recommend them to friends and family!

Overall impression is 0 stars if I could I’ll start will good parts: Daniel did amazing job in providing service and was not trying to use “sales speech” as I asked him for. I have got beautiful red Nissan Rogue. I was overwhelmed and did not quite understood the whole loan process but after the fact I saw in my credit report few (4-5) inquiries that financial manager didn’t tell me about: he applied to all possible loans, never waiting for reply. He said I’d be financed by chase bank which I prefer , I signed docs and then he changed - not providing enough of explanation. I do not know if it’s a common practice or not but If I would not be exhausted from the whole process I’d ask. He ( Mo financial manager) talked me into the extended warranty which I refused at first but he kept pushing. I cancelled it in 2 days- and I’ll see how the amount would reflect in my bill- for some reason he said to wait until statement ( which is not correct I think, but I’ll see what will happen) I suppose to leave my car for 1 night only to install heated seats. They never mentioned that my car would be taken somewhere and my car was not ready before weekends. I checked Nissan app and I saw that my car was taken to another body shop. I think it is important ti explain all details. Also they never mention to me that heated seats will be after market installation too. I worked with other sales rep who constantly kept calling me - even I specifically asked him DO NOT call me. I would put less stars, but I do love my car, which helps with review. A quick update of the situation: Dan reached to me and offer to speak to GM. Which I kindly refused - I don’t really see the point of that. Happy that I have got a refund for my warranty: but completely in shock that I was originally charged around 10% of cost of a car for extended warranty - Mo failed to mention the total amount. It definitely feels like financial manager was trying to take advantage and leaves very weird feeling that you should not trust whatever he said.

It is quite difficult to find a used car these days, especially one within budget and good condition. Sandra Pertzborn was our salesperson at Rossen Nissan and helped us find exactly what we needed. She did a thorough test drive to make sure we loved the SUV and took the time to help us adjust all the settings before we drove it off the lot. The whole process was smooth and stress free!

Sandy went out of her way to make our buying experience as seamless and effortless as possible. She was very informative and wonderful to deal with. Buying a car takes hours to complete and she made our time very comfortable. The dealership itself is also very inviting and comfortable. I have now purchased 3 vehicles from there and I am always very satisfied.

The car salesman was amazing his name is Jose, everything went smooth and was super easy. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because the vehicle we wanted was cheaper less than 48 hours before we could get approved for our loan and the dealership went on and on about how they couldn’t see it at that price. It kind of felt like they dangled the cheaper price so we would get a loan through them but we waited for our bank. Otherwise Jose was great with me and my husband and he was also amazing with my two year old son who was not thrilled to watch me do paperwork.

If you are not white, avoid this place at any costs. It seemed like you have to have personal connection to be a priority for this dealer. I had contacted them on a car i was interested to purchase. Bradley worked hard and wonderfully contacted me for a test drive. Everything went well and I was ready to purchase the car. However I was informed after the test drive that another family friend was coming to test drive and promised the car. I was there first and my appointment was set almost a week ago. But because I had no personal connection they would not sell their car to me. I later was informed that the family who came after did not buy the car but still thinking about it. And that i will be informed. What a joke!! Since when the color of your skin or having any tide to a dealer make you their priority. I guess Rosen Nissan does. Minority beware you will be a second class citizen at Rosen. Dr. Her

My wife's 2010 Murano developed a slow radiator leak a few weeks ago that we did not realize. This led to the car overheating but fortunately she immediately stopped and parked the car. Nissan recommended Liberty Towing and we were able to get the vehicle to the W Beltline store w/ no problems. On the following Monday, techs diagnosed the problem, ordered a new radiator, installed it, changed the oil and all air filters, test drove it and we were good to go. With the cost of even "used" cars today... it was worth the $1,200 to keep our 2010 Murano going until we are ready to buy new probably at the end of 2022.

Only thing I was dissatisfied with was the trade in value for my Nissan. Initially was offered $400 but after saying that's ridiculous & that I'll walk out & take my business elsewhere, I was then offered $3000. Think that's more than ridiculous that your salesperson/financialperson tried to swindle me over $2500. Just shows you really have to know your stuff so these dealerships don't take you to the cleaners.

3rd Nissan vehicle purchase from this facility. The staff are very welcoming. They really jumped through hoops for me on my most recent purchase as the car I wanted was being driven by one of their managers in a demo program and wasn't on the lot. It was delivered back to the shop within an hour on a Saturday that he wasn't scheduled for. I can't give this dealership enough credit for what they do.

After our vehicle was unexpectedly totaled, we had no idea what type of vehicle we wanted, nor which dealerships were easy to work with. We, very quickly, determined Rosen as a reputable dealership with knowledgeable employees. In particular, Chad provided a thorough, yet simple, overview of the Nissan family of vehicles. After asking about our needs in a vehicle, he promptly helped me get into a vehicle model that we ultimately purchased. While test-driving, he was well prepared with information specific to the vehicle, and was able to address other questions and concerns as they came up. Later, they were very accommodating when we came back for another test drive, and through the financing portion and final purchase. Overall, it was a very simple process with no hesitation on our part.

Audrey was a great service advisor; she told me about the buy one get one free oil change in addition to $15 off the first one, and I thought it sounded too good to be true! She kept me informed during the oil change, and she told me that because my car had 60,000 miles, a change out of all fluids was recommended. I authorized that and was glad my car is now in tip top shape.

Kevin at Rosen was great. They had the car I was interested in running, and ready to go on a test drive. They offered free coffee and water, the pop corn is pretty good too. BUT... I wish it could have went faster. Update 12/31/2021 Kevin and the whole team was terrific once again. Im glad I came back to Rosen instead of looking somewhere else. He was quick to email and text and even made sure the time in the dealership was minimal by having me do some of the paperwork prior to coming. I was able to get a lower intreat rate and even got GAP and WRAP insurance to lower my rate another 1% and free maintenance for a year. My car is bigger then the previous and my monthly payments are around what I was already paying. Really happy with the whole team and dealership.
