Mr. Ronald Alejo was really awesome! He made my life so easy from day one! He is my Loan Officer and my Realtor who guided me step by step from getting a loan, to help me get the down payment and closing cost assistance to getting my very first house. Seriously, I will recommend him to everyone! He is very patient, diligent, hard working, and very knowledgeable person. I was re-assigned in Alaska for two months and I just started the process of buying the house in California, I thought it would be impossible to do it, but I am really thankful that I found the right person to assist me. My past experience talking to a loan officer is not something I really don't want to remember, especially being a first time homebuyer trying to navigate the complexities of financing my first home. But Ron was exceptional, I was blown away by how easy Ron made it seem. Ron is straight-forward, detail-oriented, pro-active and just closes the deal!
