I started out my mortgage financing search with BOA and Chase. They both gave me higher interest rate plus high closing cost. I am glad that I called Loan Factory, and talked to Hanna. She gave me a lower interest rate without closing cost. In fact, the lender gave me about $700 credit back. I save $500/month with my new mortgage payment, 15 year term with 2.125%. I could choose lower interest rate down to 1.99% but I have to pay more out of pocket. The refinancing process went fast and smoothly. Each of the team member was very polite and professional. I am very happy with the service I had with them.

Loan Factory maintain its 5 star performance This is the fifth time I used Loan Factory for my purchase and refinance needs in the last 5 years. The interest has changed throughout those 5 years. It is not easy to get good no point, no cost rate (my favorite) nowadays but one thing you can count on is the professional, courteous and efficient way Loan Factory team handle the loan process. I always be informed of what to expect, what state my loan is …. My text is always answer within hours either by text or phone calls. What unique about this time is the team members are completely changed as the loan proceeded. The remarkable thing is the seamless way new team members pickup up things from the former members. I got my refinance done within a month from initial application to loan funded. Loan Factory deserves another 5 stars review from me. And Linh Huynh, Tai Nguyen deserves a personal 5 stars review for going the extra miles.
