Nothing but bad service. Even after banking with them for years, they want to hold a large cashier's check for 7 business days! On top of that, have had managers refuse to file transaction disputes, which is illegal, and had said managers accuse ME of perpetrating said fraud on my own account. And apparently when accusing their own customers of fraud is the only time they have any balls. Because rather than say my credit score wasn't good enough for a car loan, they said they didn't finance vehicles. only to find out much later, they absolutely DO finance vehicles. The ATM machines also like to eat cash which you will not only never get back, you will never hear from them in regards to it. However, if you like waiting in long lines for the simplest of banking services, a great place to bank!

I love the team there. Sure, there are new ones cycling thru but hey! I need to train them and give them as much grace as I would want back. But do us a favor...get the coffee back ASAP!

I normally go to the one on poplar because they know me by name and there so friendly. But I was in whity city on businesses and went here, not only the buildings cleanliness and good decor but the customer serious was so great and fast I had a very tricky transfer along with a deposit, money order and withdrawal. Not only was it fast but it was by a lady in training.

So many better options. A few great people there, and many mindless sacks of trash. They talk up customer service but mostly just talk.

Quite helpful, yet still wanting detail info on debit cards and there transactions.

I don’t know if this is just my experience but the staff here is not the best! Every time I come in, I feel like none of the workers respect me. No one smiles while I’m in there and I see no one making eye contact. I pay attention to see how great the staff makes people feel when coming in. I try and avoid this Rogue bank for this reason. None of the staff is friendly when I go in and try and get help. And one of the workers I always seem to get stuck with is Alyssa( i think that’s how you spell her name). She always has an unpleasantness to her. She asks all the basic questions but she looks like she doesn’t want to be there.

I keep having the issue of random transaction happening on my account. Even tho it wasn't me. Every time i bring it up they tell me they will refund it and fix the problem but haven't seen the refund and it's been almost a month. 500 dollars of my money lost to banking with them for only a couple months. That's a whole pay check

They will surely let you get direct deposite through them but when it comes down to asking for other services or a loan just till my next pay check they immediately denied me and sent me in my way with no help at all. Guess cause I don't have thousands of dollars

Always friendly and very helpful if you have questions or need to get something done.
