Karen Wolfe did a fantastic job working with me to get my loan payments in a range that I can afford. She was professional, kind and honest throughout the entire process.

I'm currently dealing with this company after being put into collections after loosing a kiddo in our family. I shouldn't even have to deal with this. I informed them that I am delicate from the loss to our family and will do what I have to in order to "fix this mistake" and decide to go thru the right steps towards completing my degree. I call them to follow up from steps this far and the rep who answers my call "giggles quietly". Not sure why but I get upset and she gets scared and can't wait to get off of the phone. I sure hope you know how to leave that disrespectful attitude at work. For her definitely a 2.0.

I have only been here for a few weeks now and I already feel at home. This company goes above and beyond for not only its employees but the ones that are needing help with their student loans. Figured I'd give my experience since the reviews aren't that great on here. It's a wonderful company! Don't judge by the negative comments on here!

Sketchy how the CEO got her employees to bombard the reviews after she was exposed for being a terrible person to someone.

This company is Heaven sent. It’s been such a pleasure working for Action Financial Services. Our CEO is such a phenomenal person inside and out. And getting to assist and help people come out on top when it comes to their student loans makes the job just that much better. This company brings out the positive in dealing with student loans and assists in any way possible with the negative aspects of them. It’s been such a blessing to have the opportunity to work for AFS and all the people who make up the company.

They claim they work with the government, but go ahead and ask them any basic questions about the government, I guarantee you they won't get it right. Do NOT give these people one cent, dispute it on your credit report immediately and protect yourself legally. My student loans where paid off years ago they have no business calling me.

I’ve been with AFS for almost two years and I can honestly say I will retire with this company. We truly operate as a family, one team one dream. The leadership is outstanding and everyone truly wants you to succeed. Our CEO not only handles all interviews but unlike most CEOs she’s not money driven, she’s people driven. If you or anyone you know wants to be / work for the best I encourage you to apply but if you do make sure your ready to bring it each and everyday.

Atrocious business. Every single positive review for AFS had been made by employees. Not one client/customer has ever rated AFS positively. They prey on poor people with debts, during a pandemic, where the local and global economy is in terrible shape. AFS doesn't offer any real service, they purchase your debt for PENNIES ON THE DOLLAR, and mark it up to steal from you. Don't give these people any money. They hire women to try and seem less abrasive, but don't be fooled. Action Financial Services is staffed with thieves. And their low rating reflects this.

They never answer the phone or call back. They lie and are no help whatsoever All these reviews are true! Hire a lawyer if they own your debt
