Amazing service navigating a VA backed purchase in Ann Arbor. Was told repeatedly by sellers that the market was too hot for a VA loan so I should pivot to conventional to be more "competitive". Rocky and his team held firm and got me into an awesome home at a fantastic rate. I was interested in refinancing my mortgage due to the low interest rates. I found Rockwood Mortgage through a google search, used the refinance tool on their website, and received a call less than 24 hours later from Rocky. I worked exclusively with Rocky and he made the process super fast and easy. I submitted some documents online, we spoke on the phone back and forth over the next few weeks, and then did a virtual closing over Zoom. Rocky was responsive, accessible, kind, and helpful.
