I had the pleasure of working with Janel Zaitona at Loan-X for my home mortgage. She was very confident that she could get me a really great deal on my refinancing of my home. And she did just that, she was able to get my credit cards paid off plus more. I am very happy to have her working for me. You have helped me in so many ways. I can't thank you enough.

We had been trying to refinance for some time but kept running into issues. We decided to give Loan X a try to see if they could help us out, not expecting much. Our loan officer was Jordan Orr. I had not dealt with anyone at other mortgage companies as diligent and helpful as Jordan. We also worked with Lucas Barbat who was equally as wonderful. The entire process was so easy and we closed in about 2 and a half weeks! If I ever need any mortgage assistance in the future, I know where to go. You guys are great! I recommend them 100%!

I had a great experience with the people at Loan X Mortgage. If you need any help with anything get of hold of Donovan and/or Kyle, they helped me in so many ways. First of all they were super patient with me while they had everything done I was very busy with things going on and they understood everything I thank you for that. Secondly they helped me save over 100 dollars a month off and over 1 point in my interest rate. I was reluctant to refinance since I already had a low rate but recent house improvements made on a credit card I realized I wasn’t going to pay this off unless I got some cash fast. After talking to Jordan he developed a plan that would help me control my debt. Andrew Sinawi was my mortgage professional, and he was great at helping us understand the whole process and keeping us on track with everything we needed to do. He did a great job going through documents with us and explaining anything that was confusing. The mortgage company estimated a little high on the costs up front, so when adjustments were made to closing costs, it was in our favour! Loan X makes it easy to make extra payments if we have a bit of extra cash on hand, and they plan to let us know when the market interest rates have gone down so we can refinance our mortgage. They want to keep the loan in house, so there is less risk of information getting lost in the shuffle like what happened to my husband's parents (they ended up having to pay to redo their floor out of pocket because the new company hadn't been paying their homeowner's insurance for several years!). Things went really smoothly - I'd definitely work with them again!

I don’t write reviews often. But, my experience with Loan X Mortgage and Jon Garmo warrants one. From the first conversation, Jon was friendly, professional and very reliable. He made the process very easy. My situation was even a bit complicated due to a disability issue and everything was done quickly and as promised. I told Jon that it was even better than he promised. With my last lender, a large bank, the process became such a hassle that I almost walked away. Short hours, never talking to the same person twice, voicemails and relentless requests for more documents - some already sent. Loan X was just the opposite. Not too much paperwork. Nothing lost in transit. Easier than promised. And, a guy (Jon) that always responded very quickly and got the job done. Just closed on my refinance and I couldn’t be happier with the service. This young man was so attentive that he made me feel like I was his only customer. He was so professional and informative. We spoke minimal every other day. The process was so easy with Loan X. Where do I start. My wife & I were looking to do a Va Refi. Loan X was not my first call, it was probably the 7th or 8th agency that we contacted.
