Best branch I have ever been to. I am always greeted when walking in, they cash your checks day of if they are from your work. I had a slight banking issue and not only did they resolve it with haste, but I was also given a reps card incase any future charges were incurred. I will exclusively be going to this location from now on.

Love this bank! My Family has been using rockland trust for generations and I've always had great service! In this particular branch all the employees are very professional and friendly! Amy recently went above and beyond to help me. I highly recommend this bank!

I'm only giving 1 star cause I can't give 0. There was an issue with my account that I had to go into a branch to take care of so I went to this one by the time I left the problem was even worse. I was told there were 3 options to resolve my problem all of them required going in and now that I went in to this location none of thats possible and I might lose my account. I would definitely recommend noone go here.

Don’t help out effectively and always try to call and they don’t seem to reassure and dive in deeply and brush over things. I have closed my accounts and they are still charging me fees and making me pay extra things even though I had switched things to a new bank and account so do not recommend this bank

Don't bother with commercial lending at this branch. Dealing with Manuel is nothing but a waste of time. Applied for credit for my business and provided him with all of my personal/business information. Paid my accountant $1000+ for the necessary paperwork for the application. 4 months later I receive a letter of rejection for the wrong amount. I applied for 1/2 of the rejected amount. They stated insufficient debt service coverage. With perfect credit and no debt, I assure you they did not even open the file. My credit and business credit were never pulled. The best part about this is Manuel refused to call, return phone calls, or emails. Absolutely stay away from this horrible place.

Michelle and her team are the best at the Raynham branch. Very helpful and they truly care about there customers. Your not just a number, they know you by first name and your relationship with them does matter. Would highly recommend them.
