Update on my review from one month ago. Once again my check was deposited into someone else’s account. Even after talking with the manager last time expressing my frustration. She told me a notice would be put on my account, informing tellers to verify date of birth, so this wouldn’t happen again. Yet here we are in the same situation one month later. First citizens, again proving why they have the worst reviews of any bank or credit union in the area. Absolutely unacceptable.

This is the absolute worst bank Iv ever dealt with. On multiple occasions they have put holds on my payroll checks, even tho I informed them it was payroll. Today, I cashed my check and for the fourth time they put it in some else’s account that has the same name as me. They simply fail to verify date of birth and address and just put my money in some else’s account. Do yourself a favor and go down the street to Rockland Trust.

I always have a positive experience at this particular Raynham Branch. Staff is always friendly and willing to help you. I do not get charged any bank fees, even when using their amazing online banking system! Makes it nice quick and easy to pay your bills. I give 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Horrible phone wait times, so I went to the branch in raynam..why are the doors locked at 11 am on a friday?

Citizens Federal Credit Union charge you $5.00 a month for an inactive savings account. What is the purpose of small banking if you have the big bank fees?

This used to be a good bank and friendly employees but now they won’t let us come walk in as other banks do. The lines are horrible for the drive up which becomes our only choice. They are wasting our time, they don’t provide canopied areas to shade as we wait in the heat. Who makes these decisions and expects positive reviews? They could learn something from harbor one, Rockland credit union, and bank of america in the area that still provide customer service.

Horrible communication, zero customer service, unfair hidden charges. I would give this place zero stars if it was an option. To the owner below: I will gladly email your marketing team and explain to them that I was given the wrong account number, put on hold for over an hour and a half three different times, and I was never told that there is a $5.00 fee every single time you make a loan payment online. That's a joke, you're robbing people of their money for absolutely no reason. I doubt I will even get a call back...

I have been a member since 1980 ,This new system is the worst I have ever experienced in all my banking years. I have been waiting on line to speak with a representative for more than 15 minutes. Once I got through I was put on a voice mailbox that didn't work correctly either. Over 36 years as a member, I have complained a few times but it has only gotten worst not better. Very poor service !!!

Horrible, so horrible.. These people that represent this institution are just nasty people. Customer service out he window here. Do yourself a favor and pass by this bank.
