Citizens Bank Supermarket Branch New, Raynham

Every time I go to this branch I consistently have problems either their computers don’t work or they can only cash a check if you have an account there or it’s always an excuse every time and they’re always rude about it Not to mention that they charge you seven dollars to cash a check that’s just ridiculous got to the point where I closed my bank account at citizens Bank

I always have a pleasant experience at this branch. The staff are professional and welcoming. Any issues that I've experienced they immediately look into it for me and find a resolution. No complaints here!

Deon (maybe not the best spelling ) was a great guy to work with when I had an issue with my debit card he was very helpful with getting it resolved

No reason why they curtailed the Sunday hours one of the reasons I chose this bank in the first place was because they were open Sundays,, the only citizens around for miles and they close it on Sundays ??makes no sense. this more of a need for it now then Ever! I guess I'll be changing Banks again to a bank that doesn't use covid-19 excuse not to open.

Super confused as to why it has taken 9 hours to process a claim of the $600 you stole from me. Please remember anything over $500 is considered a felony. If I had stolen $600 from YOU I'd be in jail already. 100% unnaceptable to have to call myself 10 mins before closing.

Citizens bank has allowed PayPal to steal $3600 after putting a stop payment on PayPal transactions. Even after they’re knowledge of this they still needed to conduct an unnecessary investigation tying up my money for several more days and causing several issues with late utility payments. They put up a facade of help and sincerity but it’s all a lie.

Grossly inconvenient hours and an ATM thats been broken more times than I can count. When they are open for that couple minutes a week they are way understaffed so dont expect it to be a quick errand. You could go to the self serve kiosk at Taunton Depot Drive to make it easier but if by chance the door works for once, inevitably the deposit feature will be unavailable. Finally had enough, closing the accounts and going to a local bank that is actually convenient.

She couldn’t even deposit my check. Every time I’ve gone there I have never had an issue with my check. They always used a machine to do it and it goes in every time. Tonight this lady was typing in numbers asking what kind of check it was because it was going through and then asked for help from the other lady there and said I have to call my work and see why it wasn’t working. I literally snatched my check out of her hands and told her I’ve never had a problem with this before. Never going here again. You need to hire two people who know what they are doing because clearly they don’t.

so terrible- waited 3 weeks for a email or call back and recived nothing. went to the branch and they couldnt help me again and lied to my face. i am closing my account this week!

Very convenient location, but being the only branch in a five city/town circumference it's not staffed with enough people to get customers in and out fast enough. Almost always a slow moving line of three to eight people.
