As a mortgage lender getting title back quickly is very important to make sure there aren't any issues. Made my title request and received my title in a week for my closer to review. Exceptional service. The whole staff was responsive and easy to work with and we were able to finalize numbers with my closer well before closing. Highly recommend this title company and will use them more for future business.

I was not very impressed from my experience with Rocket Title. Because of the virus, I understand that things were difficult; but the complete lack of adequate communication and guidance made the close of the process very unpleasant. After I moved across the country, I was working with Tianna at Rocket. The experience I had with a Rocket Real Estate was amazing, so I assumed the same of Rocket Title. That wasn’t necessarily the case. I had limited knowledge of what would happen during closing and tried to go with the flow as best I could. Tianna mailed me the closing documents to have notarized and sent back but did not provide any explanation on what I was supposed to do. It was the second time in my life that I had documents notarized, and the lack of guidance on the steps to take was very unsettling. Also, when I asked her some financial questions regarding my mortgage she didn’t take the time to review them and just sort of shuffled me along to the bank to have my questions answered. I found she was overall unprofessional and lacked communication initiative. I was disappointed with Rocket Title.

My closing with Rocket Title went just as planned. The staff at Rocket were on top of their game and kept me and all parties to the transaction informed on every move in the process. Very pleased with their service and would highly recommend to any real estate professionals, buyers and sellers. Thanks Rocket Title!!!
